Customer service is top notch from first phone call. They spent time answering all my questions thoroughly and even e-mailed me an owners manual. They patiently spelled out effective clear instructions to a spa newbie who is no rocket scientist.Polite, friendly, and very helpful. Great experience all around

Very good pool store. Sells and installs both above and in-ground pool. Good for follow up advice on maintaining pool and testing water. Also good for opening and closing pool service.

Swan Pool only wants to know you when you want to purchase something. We bought a robot cleaner. Same year we bought our Dolphin 200 it stopped working. They replaced it. Great! This year had same problem. I called them the young girl had to check with Dana to see what they could do. NO one ever called me back. SO, I called and the girl stated .... Dana said " I've replace it once you now need to call the company yourself?" Seriously?!! I took the cleaner directly to the store told them to take care of. Otherwise, I could've bought online. DANA IS A RUDE BITCH with absolutely NO customer service skills. SO, went to Geraty's bought a new one and they will take care of year after year when we have a problem. THANKS Geraty's! That's why I paid more for the unit for customer service or I could've bought online cheaper. Lost another customer...learn how to treat your customers. 1200.00 is a lot of money for her attitude. Buyer beware.

Install in ground pool hard cover, excellent service, friendly and even helped with advice in the spring on how to remove the hard cover ourselves. Highly recommend

This is a great company to work with. They installed new liner in my pool and I am am very eased with their work. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was only here because this is where the school tells me to drop off my kid for the bus in the morning. An employee likes to yell at the children while they wait for the bus because how dare they sit on the steps. Swan Pools isn't even open at that time, so it's not like they are disrupting customers. I'll take my pool business elsewhere. If you don't support the community kids, I refuse to support your business.

This business is rude to the neighborhood children while they are waiting for the school bus in the morning. The kids don't choose to be there. The school chose that location. If they don't support the children of the community, I will take my business elsewhere.

When they arrived on Thursday to open the pool, they expressed a concern about the amount of time it would take to empty the water from the top of the pool cover. I explained that the cover has likely ripped, which is why I need help cleaning and opening the pool. The staff expressed concern about the time it would take to open the pool. I appreciated their time and explained that I would fill the pool with clean water as I pumped water out. I explained that I would have thought that the cost of opening the pool would include the mitigation of challenging situations, including ripped covers.The representative who was sent to open pool, who is also the son of the owner/”presumably” an owner, was appreciative (and quite responsible and reasonable), explained that he would let the office know the situation and would return before the end of the weekend to open the pool.On Friday afternoon I called the office and spoke with the owner. I explained that the pool was filled with clean water and that the top water was removed. I reminded the office that the gentleman who arrived to open the pool stated that he would return by the end of the weekend to open the pool. The owner explained that they would not be able to come back for three weeks. I again explained that I offered to remove water from the pool under the agreement that they would return within a couple of days to open the pool. She explained that the staff would not have had access to the schedule and would not have known that they were not able to schedule my opening until just under three weeks from that day. She was unwilling to compromise. Three weeks would have been mid-June. A reminder to the company: not all pool openings are easy; some are harder than others—which is why people ask for your help.This is not the first time I have had a problem with this servicer. While I am happy to offer those reasons, know that this is last time I will work with this company.
