Hemlock Hall is a special and beautiful old Adirondack house located right on peaceful Blue Mountain Lake, on a quiet side road. It is a wonderful place to disconnect, with no TVs, offering a cozy and rustic retreat. Many guests, including families and friends, have loved it for years, considering it a home away from home. The location is wonderful, near the Adirondack Experience, Buttermilk Falls, and many good hikes of all levels. The lake is peaceful, and canoes and kayaks are available to explore. The grounds include a beach and docks, and the views of the lake and the dark, starry night sky are beautiful. The experience features fantastic family-style breakfast and dinner served in a classic dining room with a huge fireplace. The food is amazing, delicious, and out of this world, with hearty, perfectly seasoned, and homemade meals like chicken and biscuits, mashed potatoes, fresh salad, and incredible desserts. Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit, and homemade breads baked that morning. The staff is kind, very thoughtful, friendly, and awesome. Guests stay in very comfortable, warm, and rustic rooms or cabins, some with great views, big decks, and rocking chairs on a wrap-around porch. It is a relaxing and cozy place where people look forward to returning for many more good times.
Best. Wonderful location right on Blue Mountain Lake, on a side road so very quiet. Near the Adirondack Experience, Buttermilk Falls and many good hikes of all levels. Canoes and kayaks available to explore the lake.
