I’ve been going here since wooden seats and blankets. The seats are comfortable and the concessions ??are delicious. It’s a small town theater ? but it’s supported by donors and has a board that is very active. They continue to do great things and get great movies! It’s a great environment to see great entertainment. We are lucky to have them.

This is my favorite theater! Great movies, staff is friendly, popcorn is delicious and plenty of room to move around during the show at the back of the theater if you need to stretch your legs. Rocky Horror Picture Show event for Halloween was a blast!! Make sure to put this charming theater on your agenda whenever you're in the Adirondacks!!

I first remember going to the Indian Lake Theatre back in 1981 when my parents rented a house near 13th lake in North Creek. The movie was Gandhi. Years later I returned to Indian Lake. The Theatre was still there showing movies. A beautiful single screen theater. They were renting video tapes there as well back in the 90s. I have visited the theater every year since 2001 when I stay there for the summer for a week at Point Breeze Motel and cottages. Ownership of the theater changed to a nonprofit a few years after 2005. Theatre is still going strong with movies all throughout the year. They operate on a Thursday through Sunday schedule in the winter time. They have wonderful delicious popcorn with real butter and other great concession items. It's tough to run a theater even in the best of times. Theaters make absolutely nothing on ticket prices and rely on concession sales To make a profit. The presentation at this theater is excellent big screen good sound comfortable seats. So definitely if you're in the area make the trek to this theater. You'll be glad you did

Everyone should see this incredible community theatre in the heart of the Adirondacks! They always have a wide variety of films and performances throughout the year. They produce an excellent calendar and work hard to show entertainment that sparks the interest of everyone. Great ticket prices and fresh popcorn too!
