I have been buying Pine Tree products for years but just learned I can have them shipped directly from PTFarms. Yes on occasion because the products are heavy there is some minor damage but it does not render the items unusable. The birds don't care! It costs 3x as much on Amazon! Great products and my experience with customer service has been great! Highly recommend their products!”
