“Their motto “like it never happened” couldn’t be more accurate. They restored my car after an accident, needed a new bumper, had to fix some scratches and dents. Gary was great with answering any questions I had. Explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood everything before I handed my keys over. Upon picking up my car it was literally like the accident never happened. Gary, Charles and their team are amazing! Got into an accident? Have a dent you need fixed? Broke your window? “Amazing experience! I had a shattered drivers side view mirror. I had originally called Safelite to replace it and was told it would take over a week to order the mirror and would cost over $200 to replace. We called our local mechanic who told me to speak to Joe at Star Auto Glass. Within an hour of calling I was driving home with a brand new mirror and had saved nearly $200! I will definitely be referring anyone and everyone here for any auto glass repair needs. Fantastic work!!”

“I can't even do justice with a review,, this glass shop is 10/10. Service, efficiency and quality it's all there. I am so blessed I found this shop to change my windshield due to a pretty bad crack. Mike is a trustworthy owner who earned my respect with the job that's was done. New moldings, recalibration, high quality windshield for an unbeatable price in alil over an hour. I am so happy. Will come here for all glass needs and recommending here any chance I get. I pray for the continued success of this business, they deserve it. “Came here yesterday- mounting, balancing and alignments for 4 new tires. In and out, no fuss no bull. To some it might sound weird as a review, but this was THE easiest time I ever had at a mechanic. There's about 25-30 mechanics in the same neighborhood and they ALWAYS suggest I get something else fixed (very annoying). Tony's was REALLY hospitable and quick. Will DEFINITELY come back.”

“East Coast Auto Plaza did a fantastic job with the replacement of my rear driver's side quarter panel and rear bumper. My car was hit while parked and unattended and the damage was so much worse than I could guess from looking at it (first 4 pics), and when my insurance declared it a total loss, I chose to keep the car and move forward with repairs. As I navigated through that stressful process, my primary point of contact with ECAP was Benny, and found him to be so easy to work with - professional, courteous, and completely honest. He and the rest of the team also worked hard to stay on schedule to have my car ready to go for my Thanksgiving travels. and I'm so grateful for that. I won't hesitate to choose East Coast again if I need them in the future.”
“I usually don't write reviews, but this one was a must. These guys know their stuff, and its a HUGE plus when you get service with a smile, care, and understanding. I didn't feel rushed out or dismissed with my million questions - they were patient with me, yet pretty fast in getting paperwork and my window repair done! Billy made everything seem so simple when I'd spoken with him over the phone and I swear...I was getting ready to deal with the fine print and hidden fees in person, but absolutely nothing! I was going to get this done without insurance and even out-of-pocket, the proce was very reasonable. However, I decided to go through my insurance (no cost at all), and Billy received the paperwork quickly, went over the details over the phone, and confirmed that he had the glass in stock before I were to go in. ABSOLUTELY GREAT SERVICE...and they don't make you feel like youre bothering them to do their job!”

“I brought my 2025 Infiniti QX60 Luxe to All Hour Collision after having my car for less than two weeks when I was rear-ended. This was on the recommendation of my insurance company, Geico. The damage did not seem that extensive, so I was surprised at the estimate. None the less, my vechicle was returned to me sooner than originally told it would be ready. So far so good. All my communication was with Peter Puran who was very friendly and helpful. He has even offered to look at my second vehicle that was not in an accident, but was having some heating and cooling issues. I read some of the other reviews, which now makes me a little concerned. My vehicle looks good, but I will update if things changes. Fingers crossed.
Update: My QX60 still looks good. And I brought my second vehicle to be diagnosed, due to the AC not getting cold and it sounded like there was a leak. This time I met the owner, Roman and another staff member , Nash. Not only did Nash find and fix the leak, but the owner approved the work free of charge as a courtesy for being a previous customer. Thank you All Star Collision!”

I was refereed here by another locksmith and I had a very distinctive key and the gentleman wishb I got his name but gave me two sample keys to take home no charge just to see if it will go inside the door and will cut the key if size , this shop gets things done .
