THE BEST!! Highly recommend using Collision Specialists of Inwood if your car was damaged in an accident. Richie and his team came recommended by my trusted auto mechanic at Five Corners and they did not disappoint. This is a stressful process and Richie worked with my insurance company, directed me in getting in a rental car the same day and provided updates on the car’s progress before I even asked. They do provide pick up and delivery services, but this is more than worth the 20 minute drive from my house (passing several other collision shops) for the quality service, if your car is drivable. Did I mention my car looks brand new? Wow!…my car is my prized possession; the vehicle my family uses to go from A to B safely. I needed a high quality, trustworthy and honest collision shop to get us back on the road and I found it! I am forever grateful!

Extremely thorough and meticulous assessment, estimate, and timeliness. He negotiated appropriate parts and service directly w insurance company after I had received a previous estimate, from another business, that was lacking in parts and service. I must say Richie and his family are the most amazing team. They provided excellent service to my family . There customer service is awesome, they make sure to keep you up to dated inregards to your service, that they will be providing, there team is definitely the kind that make sure you are comfortable while ur belongings are there and thats one thing every person wants when there belonging are left in someone establishment I must say they are the only mechanics that a person can actually trust. Their goal is to simply provide the best service and good quality work, which is clearly seen. I will strongly recommend them to anyone.

These folks are professional...friendly and very knowledgeable about external factors such as adjusters and rental car connection.
The shop is clean and everyone was pleasant.
Bottom line....Noone wants to go to a collision facility...but this is the best place to go when you need one.
