I love shopping at CVS! It's not just about the prices; it's the awesome customer service that keeps me coming back. Matt always greets me with a smile, just like he did on my first visit. Maria is such a sweetheart—she always helps me find the best deals based on what I like. Plus, the store is always clean and organized. It really makes my shopping experience so much better!

This has to be the worst pharmacy on earth! Made appointments for covid booster for my wife & myself at 10am. Received text to check in, went to pharmacy, we were told they couldn't get to the refrigerator right now, come back after 1pm.
Call to talk to pharmacy, for get about it! After 4 or 5 promts you are asked to leave a message & they will call you back. No one ever calls back! Same if doctors call, they don't call doctors back either! They closed the drive thru because they don't want to be bothered with serving multiple costumes at a time. SOMETIMES SHOULD BE DONE!!! This is no way to serve our community!

CVS Pharmacy is not friendly. And they lie if the medicine isn't on the counter and always say that it has been ordered and never ordered. I as a customer can wait 5 days for the medicine they ordered.

Today, my elderly parents experienced the most disgusting and rudest pharmacist ever. The man "shhh next" after my elderly parents wanted to ask a question about some medications that they were confused about. Everyone witnessed this nasty individual, if you state that you work for free infront of customers you should get yourself another job. Kicking customers out is extremely uncalled for. I would give it no stars if I could.

For now I have not found any problem that can be solved or improved. The tour went very well and I found the products I was looking for quite quickly due to the good layout of the store.

I went to CVS at 530 Burnside Ave and when I walked into the store I was greeted by a employee named Avita and she was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable she helped me locate the things I needed and I was out the door in no time it was a very great visit to the store and will return very soon
