Horrible customer service in this place. Cashier, Maria, doesn't like to help customers and gives them attitude. Refuses to check customers out when they can't use the self checkout. Don't come here.

Front register, Spanish girl a customer service rep , cashier ( times of 2:50 and 3:22 ) pm . She doesn’t know how to talk , and doesn’t know store policy .was super rude and implied I was rude because she kept repeating herself to me pertaining to refund very vaguely , she could had explained the store policy nicely and respectfully instead of repeating herself on refund . She did not explain they do not do exchanges or she is not able to she expected me to already know . That is super unprofessional it’s your job to explain professionally the store policy and how the process works .. that’s just common sense , Manager Avita was able to explain store policy professionally.Door also did not open all the way as it should and door was not properly working which hurt me as I was walking out .This is place is trash . And the items on shelves for make up are super dusty .

Long story short, they’re stealing medication!!!! Pharmacists are horrible. They don’t tell you about all your medications for pick up you have to ask. If you don’t know what your getting, you will not receive it. When you ask they say “ oh it cost $59 I didn’t think you wanted it. Not once , but on several occasions. I used them in emergency only. My aunt uses them all the time. They are horrible!!!!

The pharmacy is open late but that’s just about the only thing good there. There are 1 or 2 friendly and helpful staff members in the pharmacy but they all work extremely slow there. There were times where I waited for close to an hour on multiple occasions. Also, a few times they didn’t have a specific antibiotic that we needed so we had to call the Dr. have a new prescription sent, so by the time they said they received it and had it filled will be a really really long wait time as well.

This location usually has the weekly ad items in stock. MARIA is so helpful always.

This store has gotten worse and worse. Drive thru for prescription pickup is no longer operational. Line in store for prescription pickup takes hours. Plus they close pharmacy at lunch time - why can't you stagger employee lunch hours. Store itself is always out of stock of many items. Staff try to be helpful - of you can get hold of them but they are pretty useless and don't know much.

Imagine not being able to pickup and depending on there delivery service ?DNT DEPEND ON THEM. they’ll tell us it be out next day or same day. And within those two days. I still haven’t recovered anything I called these ppl numerous times to check how long. They said. Latest time is 6pm I haven’t gotten anything. And because of them. They made situations worst I’ll never. Trust them again better yet. Just gonna change pharmacies to ppl who actually care about there jobs

CVS pharmacies gone real bad during and after the covid19 pandemic. I used their services for the last 15+ years with mixed feelings -but nevertheless acceptable, but it's no longer acceptable! Nothing seems to go right.. long waits, confusions during refilling prescriptions and most, MOST importantly the disrespectful customer service at the counter! I will not set my foot in this inwood CVS (due to my experience at the the pharmacy) ever! Thankfully, I've found a very satisfactory online pharmacy to fill up my recurring prescriptions and I can find any non-pharmacy products that they sell, elsewhere!

worst pharmacy and cvs ever. asked to speak with manager and they’ll keep me on hold for 45+ minutes. they never answer phone calls. move slow, have attitudestruly do not care about their customers and they should just demolish the whole store. useless people. very unpleasant. not helpful

I would love to give them a zero instead of one star. They’re constantly hanging up on you, they never answer their phone calls whether front store, even worse their pharmacy. They dont help at all. Zero effort in this store. On hold 40+ minutes. Complaints go to the manager and that doesn’t take care of things. We need our meds and they dont answer us for anything. Do better, or even better get rid of this allocation since they dont help anyway

After some difficulties with an online photo order, I was super pleased with the service I received from Maria earlier in the day. She apologized, and walked me through the process to rectify the problem. I returned later in the evening to pick up my photo and I was helped by Raywattie, who also provided friendly customer service. It's great to know that the team members understand the importance of great customer service! Kudos to the Team at Burnside, Inwood!
