“High Velocity” saved me from another body shop that was holding my car due to a ‘crash for $cash$’ accident on the Southern State, LI, NY. My front end was really bruised and battered, leaking radiator fluid.They rescued my car from that body shop, @LuxuryAutoBody, and brought it to their repair shop. I got a tour of the shop when I picked up my car, and it was amazing,and my car looked brand new. Thank you so much Marcella and Marshall! You will be highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of taking my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xE to High Velocity/Tru-Fix Auto Works for some needed body repairs after someone side swiped it while parked, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! From the moment I walked in, Ashley, Marcela and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Billy, one of the owners took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and explained the repair process in detail, which really put my mind at ease. They even had the rental car waiting for me so there was no waiting around.
The turnaround time was quicker than I expected, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My car looks as good as new! They even took care of some minor issues I hadn’t noticed, which shows how attentive they are to the details.
The pricing was fair, and they were transparent about any costs, so there were no surprises. I also appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process, ensuring I knew exactly where things stood.
If you're in need of auto body repairs, I highly recommend High Velocity/Tru-Fix Auto Works. The customer service is top-notch, the work is impeccable, and overall, it was a stress-free experience. Needed annual inspection and I always ask that a number of other things be checked. High Velocity pointed out that I'm going to need new tires. I ordered them immediately. I'm old; don't want to risk a flat or an accident. Thank you for the superior service.

I needed a car inspection on my brand new car and I called this shop as soon as it opened and they told me to come right in. I waited only 10 minutes the service and staff was amazing .
