“We moved upstate over a year ago and I've been having difficulty finding kosher wine up here. I was looking for Kedem wines and most stores downstate refused to ship to me (including all the local stores that I used to patronize when I lived in Brooklyn). Somehow, I came across 5 Towns and ordered from their website. They had our favorite Kedem wines, including Matuk Rouge Soft which my family likes. I got several 1.5l bottles delivered quickly, packed well, in perfect condition. Just in time for Rosh Hashana and the other holidays. We will be using them again in the future!”

“I was on my way to my friend's house for dinner and passed by this store, so I decided to buy a bottle of tequila. When I went inside, the staff greeted me nicely. I asked for a good recommendation, and the guy in the front gave me several options. He was super helpful! I ended up buying a bottle of Clas Azul Reposado, and it was really good. Even though this liquor store is 15-20 minutes away, it's definitely worth the drive because they have many options, and the staff really work hard to satisfy their customers.”

“Wild Common Tasting Night in Queens at Rego Park Wines & Liquors I recently hosted a tasting at Rego Park Wines & Liquors, with three expressions from Wild Common: Blanco, Reposado, and Still Strength Blanco. Big thanks to Andy (Andres Zúñiga) for being such a friendly host and for supporting high-quality tequila in Queens. Wild Common is all about additive-free, traditionally crafted tequila built around authentic flavor. The Blanco is bright, clean, and agave-forward, featuring vibrant roasted agave that feels rich and pure. Plus, their liquor selection is quite tailored to the quirkiness of J. Heights taste palettes. I mean, Gin infused with Lavender (and its in a beautiful purple color)?!! I've never seen it anywhere else. Ernesto and Team are super helpful and friendly. I love the hand written description notes. “Decided to have a nice bottle of wine when we left the beach Sunday. I went online and saw that Pops made it easy to order; and I did, four bottles! Couldn’t have been more simple and convenient. We headed to Pops from Pt Lookout. I guess we were a bit too quick as the clerk was rather annoyed that we were there to pick up the order and proceeded to gave my daughter a bit of an attitude. He tried to redeem himself by favorably commenting on our choices. Perhaps a simple, “your order isn’t ready yet, but I will get it together now” would have been a more polite approach. Customer service goes a long way.”
