Pleasant experience: The service manager was attentive and the wait time wasn't long

They are horrible, all I wanted was them to check out my windshield wipers because they stopped working. The guy in the service department told me it would cost me $600 dollars because he has to run two diagnostic test. Then i have to pay for the labor if i want it fixed plus if it needs parts. I found a place near by and the guy charged me $95 for the diagnostic test and the problem was a wiring issue and he fixed it for $80 so charged me $175 for everything. Wayyy better then what south shore Chrysler tried to get me for straight crooks stay away.

Called them to make sure they had the part needed. In and out. Staff was pleasant.

Terrible inexperienced staff. Agreed on a price of $800 before they started work on my the car. 2 months later the salesman says he wants $2,000 more to fix the problem. No loaner car and no work was done with Jeep, they took my vehicle to a 3rd party mechanic shop. Corporate refused to do anything. Won’t buy any jeep brand vehicle again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. went into the dealership 2 weeks ago to get a hissing noise taken care of. I was told it was a non-issue and there were no leaks in the system. I pointed out that on the invoice it said I had a leak on the low-pressure side. The service manager ASSURED ME that there was no leak but that they had to put something on the invoice. I drive away to find out that on top of the hissing noise I have NO AIR CONDITIONING! I brought this to the attention of the service who now said- i guess you have a leak now. I advised him that his tech must have drained the system when he connected the meter- he said that’s impossible. I pose the following question: if there is no leak and now one drained the freon- what happened? I’ve had the hissing noise for 6 months along with ice cold AC. There is no way I can believe that coincidentally, i bring it to the dealer and now i have no AC!?!?!?STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Truth trust and transparency mean nothing to these people. I took my Ram 1500 with 38000 miles on it in for an oil change and service that cost over $500. They damaged my oil pan and took 72 days to replace it and return it. 2 hours after I got my Truck back it died again. My truck was fine before I trusted them with it and now I will NEVER deal with them again. Take the trip to Hempstead or Jamaica.Service: Oil change

After having to schedule an appointment a month and half in advance I get there and they tell me they might not be able to get to it today. I was floored. They didn’t even know what the problem was yet. I tell them I’m here for an inspection and the check engine light is on. Now the guy tells me they can bring it in and diagnose it. The diagnosis will cost $199!!! At this point I get my keys back and leave. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I intend on writing a review for every day that I dont have my truck repaired and returned. I took my truck to the service center in June for service. They broke the oil pan in a maner that the entire pan has to be replaced. I have been without my vehical for 90 days now and according to the service manager there is now no estimation as to when my truck will be repaired. They basically said you are out of luck until an oil pan falls out of the sky.

I went there because the dealership close to me compared to Garden City Jeep and Chrysler. I would have gone there but it was an emergency. The car had no brakes, last time I called GC Jeep place they told me I have to make an appointment or would be charged storage. Getting back to my story, they called me the next day and told me that it was the brake booster and it had to be ordered. It will be in about 2 or 3 weeks it took longer to the supply issues around the world, which is understandable.. 5 weeks later I called and was told it will be in the next day and they will install the part and I'll have the car by Saturday. I and my wife while it was there asked them to check the heat in the car, and my wife was told that they will check it when the brake booster. Comes in. Wasting my time and not having my car they told me that my ac needs refrigerant. I told them when the car was dropped off that my wife had no heat and had to wear 2 coats and a blanket. After the part was installed they informed my wife that the car needed a brake sensor, radiator, water pump and heater core. And they had to contact the warranty company to get authorization on Wednesday and on Saturday no authorization was gotten and nobody had a clue if the car was done, or if the warranty company was called. The service manager stopped taking our calls. We had gone over his head to the dealership General manager. And low and behold he called us 10 minutes after we left with his boss. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY SUCK WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE. I don't know how the dealership operates, don't go to their service department ever. Even if you car is on its last leg.Services: Brakes

Booked an appointment 6 weeks out. Girl on thephone said that's how far I needed to book tohave a loaner vehicle. Come time for my appointment and there was noloaner vehicle for me. Sergio, my service advisor'sadvice was to book another appointment 1month out with no guarantees that a loaner wouldbe available. Over all his tone and manner leaves much to be desired. Part 1

This Service department is the worse. My 2021 Dodge Durango sat for over 30 days and they did nothing. A battery check was ordered from the insurance company 2wks ago. We were told that the car would be looked at first thing in the morning come to find out they never even installed the new battery that was purchased thru the insurance. I’m here now in person and I’m getting the run around. I had it with this place this is the second time this service department has done this to us. I’m getting my car towed right now as we speak. The manager are always on lunch or not in the office. They get a 0 in my book as far as serviceServices: Battery
