in october 2023 brought my challenger there to be diagnosed for an exhaust problem. the service advisor or manager, w. wenzel claimed not only did vechicle need repair to cat. converter i too was in need of both rear and front brakes/rotors. i was hesitant to proceed but nevertheless did so with reservation. the cat coverter part was in excess of $2300 and had to be paid for in advance. at no time was i told that this could not be refunded verbally or in writing. the part arrived nearly 1 month later, wasnt informed it had arrived. in the interium i already found the same part cheaper so when i requested a refund this wenzel character coldy and unapologetically said no refunds. he refused to discuss the matter with me, offer alternatives or return my phone calls. he is unfit for a position in dealing with the public and his micro aggressions toward people who dont look like him are blantanly obvious. he is only there to rip off customers and stick them for all their worth. dont trust this service department and especially this aggorant racist employee

I had a great Experience purchasing my car today. I came in today at 10am and was out by 1pm. Larry made the process very quick and efficient. He was very helpful answering all my questions and giving great advice. I’d definitely recommend this Dealership and I would recommend Larry as a salesman to everyone!

The South Shore Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Dealership came highly recommended by a friend. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and attended to by Rupu. The entire team took such great care of me. Purchasing a car can be stressful especially when considering every other responsibility you may have. This team heard me, they went through the entire emotional process with me and assisted me in making a sound decision. They even went a step further by offering suggestions on how to utilize my hybrid vehicle to and from work. I wasn’t just a sale to them. Honestly, I won’t ever go to another dealership. They are family now and I will refer everyone I know who is looking to purchase a car to them!

I visited south shore Chrysler with anticipations of purchasing a Jeep compass or Jeep latitude. I parked and Larry was waiting outside. I told Larry exactly what I was looking for and what obstacles we might have to climb. He was patient and informative from beginning til end. Moving forward Erik the finance manager was amazing and knowledgeable. He got me the quote possible with my credit score. I walked out with 2022 Jeep latitude. So thankful. He even showed me how to boost my credit?

Had a great experience at this dealer. I got an amazing vehicle I’m not saying which. I don’t want to see it in the street anywhere lol. Larry was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, patient and funny. Eric sheriff is a very nice once they finally let you meet him. They both look out for your best interest. Stop on by, they’ll help you find what you’re looking for.

Dealership gives great hospitality, though they handled my deal very unprofessional. I was back and fourth with them for over a month on a 2021 pre owned certified Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was handling my insurance and made them aware of the matter, yet they wrote out on their notes I was unresponsive for a month. I purposely left $200 on the car with the intentions of purchasing it once my issues were resolved. Their sales department and management department are supposedly "unaware" of front end and back end. As I was ready with my own policy now to come and purchase the vehicle, they sold it over the weekend. How do you sell a vehicle with it being insured under my name??? Doesn't make sense to me.Every time I dealt with this dealership and made a significant move in my purchase, I made sure to do it in person, yet their manager is telling me "that does not matter; I was unresponsive." It might be because in their eyes, they see an ignorant 20 year old, but this was just not the case. I will be filing to take my refundable deposit back and HIGHLY suggest you do your homework before agreeing to ANYTHING this dealership says you MUST do to purchase one of their vehicles.

I could not say more positive things about this dealership. I came here for my first ever lease, alone, and I was treated so well- especially being a young girl. I got an exceptional deal on my car, 200 dollars cheaper a month than other Jeep dealers. When it came time to buy out my lease, I shopped around and once again, South Shore earned my business. I worked with Angel Manjarrez personally, and not only is he extremely honest and transparent, but personally fights for the best rate for you. Whether it was questions about the process or overall advice, Angel always answered the phone when I called him. South Shore genuinely cares about their clients and making them happy, I am a life long customer.

Not long after getting my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the wipers stopped working. This is a huge safety issue. They had to remove the dashboard to replace faulty harness. They don't have loaner cars. Now, after having the vehicle only 2 1/2 years , the air conditioning is not working. Took it in for service to be told it's normal wear and tear and would likely cost near $900 to fix! AC is only used in summer months, approximately 5 months out of the year. I should not have any issues with AC already and I shouldn't be charged to fix it. The screen glitches sometimes and I'm also hearing a rattling sound coming from beneath the vehicle.

I wish I can give 0 stars. the manager Scott is DISRESPECTFUL and untrained. needs to be fired. the mechanics purposely destroy your car so you can buy more services. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL VANDALIZE YOUR CAR ON PURPOSE AND NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. This place needs to be burned down to the ground.

I am very pleased by the service I received from SSCDJ. My husband surprised me with a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Oscar was such a big help from start to finish. Professional and trustworthy here at South Shore Jeep couldn’t ask for a better service , they’re patient and understanding and will work with you , if you’re looking to purchase your next vehicle go visit them and ask for Oscar Lopez, he’s a great person , very nice and me even get you to fall in love with another vehicle. Their service department lacks competent labor and their General Manager shouldn't be trusted. Employee turnover is appalling. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING OR RECORD INTERACTIONS ON YOUR PHONE.For the 26 months my car was in South Shore's intermittent care they still failed to diagnose or repair it despite an active warranty. Eventually, my warranty was rendered null and void.5 Service Managers and 9 Service Advisors later, no other Dodge dealership felt comfortable working on the car. Says a lot about the dealership's employees and who wishes to stay for more than 3 months.Their slogan of "truth, trust, transparency" is a total joke. They even tried to defraud me and misrepresented my car as being done at least 8 different times. After learning the hard way that I shouldn't trust their service center, I'd take it on a road test only to observe the same exact malfunction.It got so bad I took my car to an independent mechanic even though my warranty covered a particular repair. Then other malfunctions were observed with my car while under South Shore custody after going on road tests with their service techs. They tried to sweep everything under the rug. Then they damaged a rim and left my car abandoned on their lot for 4 months.RECORD EVERYTHING if you decide to have them service your car! Too much drama to get into, but if anyone has questions feel free to pm me.

This dealership really helped me out a lot with my first car in my name.. I can’t thank them enough. My sales person was Abdul and my finance advisor was named Braden miranda and I would go back to all this dealership for all my needs I love my Honda hatchback. Anybody looking for a car should definitely work with them. I’m so happy with my purchase and their help and dedication to get the work done considering my credit score and down payment so when I get it up I will be coming back to see what other cars they have.. I can’t think of another dealership.
