The people who work at thus location are very nice & courteous. Everything went quick with the rental & spacious parking lot. Had a issue with the mileage I had to pay for renting in Inwood, instead of Brooklyn, because of availability but it's not thr locations fault. U haul representative from the customers service department was rude & did not want to help at all.

The facility is great and well managed. I've been with uhaul for 7 years and Cleopatra is amazing and has everything well organized!!!

Shelest Jones went up and beyond to help me with my trailer rental that unfortunately I was not able to rent because E-alert did not clear my account even after payment was made. Shelest was very professional and patient. She tried her best for the transaction could be completed. U-Haul should have more employees like her.

Slight problem-Overall a great location-Manager wasn’t onsite this particular day, otherwise my problem would've been solved a lot easier. Still highly recommended!

Very, very busy. Easy online check outs and returnts, but always check your lights. This might not be noted in the renting of their vehicles and trucks.

I had to rent a truck and a van In a hurry. The staff was very professional and answered all my questions. I had trouble with the app and Mrs. Shelest helped me with both transactions and made me feel awesome. Highly recommend. Ask for Mrs. Shelest awesome lady.

This horrible man right here stole money from my account and didn’t give me a truck. I Called the police and filed report on him. He said i asked him to many questions on how u-haul works, it was my first time at u-haul and had questions.
