The are stealing from the government by always closing before the actual time. Google states Closing time is 5pm but they close 4pm.

Packages everyday week get lost or delivered to other address . Thousands of dollars a year getting lost. Fed ex ups and amazon take pictures of delivered packages the post office should too. We pay good money for our suppys and medical supply's just to be lost or stolen

It's not the best place but it's not the worst either. I would like them to have a machine so that customers who are going to drop off a package after 5 pm scan their package and leave it there without the need for a human. We can't all go to USPS from 9am to 5PM since we work they should have a machine 24/7 to go and drop off package so anyone can go and drop off packages at any time But it's just a suggestion, nothing more. That would call more customers since there are many people who don't want to interact with the USPS workers and they just send their packages in another USPS close to the town

I thought the staff were just having a bad day, but according to the majority of this location's reviews, everyone experiences the same poor customer service. Im sorry i approached your window (while being the only customer in the building) while you were eating your burger king breakfast sandwich. Luckily for you, im big on respecting my elders.
***Get new staff!***
These old women hate their job and don't know how to talk to people. All i did was walk up to the glass because there was no other customer. Lady, you need help.

This is Post Office is sooo unprofessional there is no one there but me and the employee just continues on her cell phone laughing and talking about what happened in her house the night before she made me wait 9min before she called me over..and wasn’t nice at all..horrible employees they need to be replaced!!

I hate coming here. The counter peopleAre very serious and never smile and very strict.They still make u wait outside if there are more than 3 people there.Plus last month I was the only person thereAnd she still made me go around the rope!!How stupid!!

Just walked out of that post office. The older African American woman who was sitting at the desk on your far left is clearly burnt out and unhappy at her job.
I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. There was no line inside so naturally, I walked up to the window where she was and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Instead, she continued to have her personal phone conversation in front of ME, (her only customer at the time).
I HAD TO ASK HER IF SHE WAS READY TO ASSIST ME NOW… can you even believe that??
Avoid using this post office, or well, just avoid this woman who clearly doesn’t appreciate her job or has any willingness to help her customers.

Went there today around 2 pm and was meet with a hand written sign that said "OUT TO LUNCH BE BACK AT 3:30PM". Today is Friday they close at 5 pm. Makes no sense.

I wish I got her name but the teller is a black lady with braids she's nasty. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting. When I asked her the best way to send something out over night she responds with an attitude "I don't know, go to the corner and find an envelope and fill out the form." How do you not know, it's literally your job. A s*** public union worker.

Always the worse customer service at this location. Ms Lumpkin is never in a pleasant mood and found it necessary to curse behind her desk at my most recent visit for asking a simple question.
