We lost power last December just long enough to break a hot water baseboard run on the top level of our home that led to disasterous flooding on the lower two floors. Beyond the repairs, we knew it was time to get a generator to help prevent this again. Scott Forte came recommended to us by a friend and he was absolutely the best to work with. He helped us navigate the right generator choice for our home, proper spot for placement, upgrades to our electrical infrastructure and gas meter, did all the leg work with NYSEG and local permits. Everything! His team was professional and made it look like they were never here. Can't say enough good things about him and his service. You won't be disappointed!!

Scott Forte came to our home and serviced our Generac generator. He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. Scott spent time with me to get my Mobile Link app on my phone. Our warranty had expired on our 10 yr old generator and our local rep who was no longer working on generators highly recommended Scott Forte from Upstate Power Systems. He answered immediately and came out within 2 days at the scheduled time and made the repair that we were unable to do ourselves. He was pleasant, personable, and professional. We found his prices to be fair and reasonable and sensed that he was someone we could trust. Overall, his service exceeded our expectations. Scott was timely in his response to my inquiry, his installation crew were very friendly and professional, and the product was priced competitively. Install took approximately 6 hours, Scott answered all my questions, provided excellent training, and his crew left the worksite better than they found it. Highly recommended!

Scott installed a generator for my mom. He was polite, very professional, explained everything, and answered all of her questions. He kept her updated on the progress and the date of the installation. He not only installed the generator, but he returned the next day and painted the pipes so they would look good. He went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate all his hard work. I will recommend Upstate Power Systems to all my family & friends.

I would highly recommend Upstate Power Systems! I had two other companies here to fix our Generac Generator and they both said we needed a new generator which would cost over $8000. Upstate Power Services came and was able to fix our old generator for less than $1000. Scott did tests to find the problem and get the generator running! He knows his business and will do all he can to fix you generator! If he cannot, his cost for a new generator is less than a lot of companies! Thank you Scott!

Scott came out to do yearly maintenance on my generator today. He was there when he said, and very curteous, and polite. His prices are great, and he even cleaned up the outside of the generator when he was done.
