I will never go to this location again they where nasty my 2 toddlers had to use the bathroom they said we don’t have bathrooms and a older lady who worked there had to help me the man at the front the cashier all
Was nasty they don’t like to do there job and didn’t wanna give my mom a refund when she returned items I will not recommend going here

I will never go back to this location again . The manager is very rude and unprofessional she lies and doesn’t want to go her job ! Have lady cashing out on the register by herself and making up prices just so she won’t have to go in the back and look up the actual price . I’ll be calling corporate! I miss the old workers who had took time to answer questions

The staff at this location has no manners, especially the guy that works there, I heard him direspect a gentle man and his daughter today, that was a disgrace, I will never shop there ever again

No dressing rooms functioning. All uniforms were too small. Really a waste of time, if the dressing rooms were working I wouldn't have to waste time or gas bringing them back. Heavy on the time.

Black Tall Man that used to work at chili location works here now. He clearly still thinks he’s on chili . He watched your every move I weren’t around an aisle of clothes just a bit a way from the door. He yelled to the other girl employee to go to the front like I was gonna run out with clothes. Once again another store I’ve easily spent 1k in the past year. You shouldn’t hire people that watch people to this extent. Just have a security at the door but to treat everyone bad is terrible I am no thief.

I had driven by this store numerous times and wondered what they were all about. Being a Google guide and consumer searching and fighting inflation for people, I visited the store yesterday.
The store sells a combination of clothing, and other products for men, women, and children.
I must say the prices are quite competitive, and affordable for people. This store was very clean and inventory well organized.
I met a gentlemen doing inventory organizing, and a good job at that! I also met NiNi, the clerk. A very polite young lady.
If you're looking to save money on clothing, I suggest you try this store. I believe there are 3 stores in the Rochester area.
