Every time I've gone to Incognito the staff has been great and the fittings and measurements always fly by. Recently Tom really went above and beyond to help me find a pair of pants that was discontinued to replace a pair I had grown out of and get them tailored just in time for a wedding I was attending. One of many reasons this is my go-to for formalwear.”

“I first happened to stumble upon Cleo+Kin in December 2021, shortly after it opened, and was SO happy to have found such a cute shop just minutes away from where I live (in an amazing location right by the canal). In the years since, the store has not only physically expanded into a second location, but grown with the product offerings. Need an outfit for work or date night, check! Need a housewarming or holiday/birthday gift, check! Need a little home refresh, check! Need a new baby or new pet gift, check and check! Really the shop(s) have everything and then some. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the items sold are really unlike any other-so grateful to have these 2 stores in Pittsford. Everyone in Pittsford and greater Rochester area should know about Cleo + Kin!”

“Oh my goodness this store is SO CUTE!! I went yesterday with my partner cus we were checking out small businesses in Rochester to support and I was so surprised. There were so many fun bits and bobbles and so many cute trinkets and the clothes are absolutely adorable. I got myself a skirt, a highlighter makeup pallette, and blush. The owner is so chill and easy to talk to, the environment is so fun, and the music is amazing. I can't even complain about the price cus I got what I paid for and more! Absolutely love this shop and will be returning once my wallet agrees to it. The single complaint I have is the location but that's only because it's behind the Gate House Restaurant in the plaza it's in which can be finicky to find but that's literally it. Amazing shop, amazing owner, amazing products, and amazing music.”

“Against All odds I went into against All odds and they had some very pricey clothing, but a lot of them were deeply discounted, so I walked out with some great finds. The customer service is always superb there is a young black gentleman in there that is always on top of his game and you can tell he loves his job and that just makes me want to shop with them, I've shot with them about four times now, he takes such pride, he's som meticulous and that's what I'm most impressed with, last time I saw him I had to tell him that I admire his work ethic.”
