Both Cindy and Jenna are absolutely outstanding as my banking tellers. Their customer service is through the roof and they always take time to make me feel welcomed and they always address any questions that I have. This is a big bank with a HomeTown feel.

First time I ever went in there was to pay my car off. When the teller saw the pay off amount she made a comment and Said " you probably never wrote a check that big". This place made me fill low as a black women who make smart decisions with her money. I will never use this bank ever again in my life..

I have a Home Equity Loan through this bank and they do everything to mask over how they are literally screwing you over. They offer no detail with respect to your payment online.! You can only get details by opening your statement. They do not allow you to make principle only payments online. What I also just found out is that the Variable Interest rate that they are charging me is actually over 1% higher than the fixed rated that my other bank is charging. On their home

Business Owner. A former employee of mine stole a check for over 11K. Business identity theft situation. Business names looked similar but did not match. A kindergartner can tell the difference. Check was for 11,400. Despite me getting police involved immediately and alerting the bank immediately to issue a stop payment, 7 days after being repeatedly told that the check was stolen, forged and fraudulently deposited, M&T moved forward with clearing the check anyway. 137 days into a 90 day investigation, I was told that I would not be getting my money back because the business names matched. Key Bank ignores my pleas, calls, voicemails and emails. Customer service even ignores me. I whole heartedly believe that if I were not a black woman that I would have received my money back on Day 2 and some degree of compassion. Federal Reserve and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau are now involved. I am doing my part by bringing awareness. Black people please steer clear of Key Bank. BLM.

So I've never been to this branch but it was busy with walk in customer service. There is a drive thru stand alone service in parking lot. The teller that took care of me was nice and friendly and addressed me by my name as to ask if there was anything else I needed. Nice experience.

They first day they took over my account was compromised for $800 and they never contacted me corporate said "we noticed some odd changes, then 4 more in a row for an odd amount???" Really First niagara had blocked all the charges prior but not this bank!👎 shopping around for another bank after over 20 years!! Not happy about it. !
