They never emphasize that you’ve signed up for a promotion and your rate will nearly double after 3 months, so it’s easy to leave this place, which is riddled with mice and has homeless people living out of the vehicle storage area.

The girls are super nice... We won a locker and was rejected because the manager forgot to sign something drove and hour away. He didn't cancel the auction but yet hid behind a phone and left the girls to explain. Do better upper management!! And get your shit together! Stop waisting peoples time

I would like to provide feedback specifically about Linda, the Manager and office attendant at the Hudson and Titus location in Irondequoit, NY. She is a stellar employee. Each and every interaction I have had with her, she has gone above and beyond in her customer service. From an introductory call when I first rented my unit, a tour of the facility, providing a different type of lock from the one I had purchased, to assisting me with challenges with my autopay, adjusting my move out date, etc. I have had several units for the last six months and she has helped me to find exactly what I’ve needed. She has always been pleasant and extremely helpful. I imagine she provides the same level of customer service to all legitimate renters. My only concern now is for her personal safety, as there is a homeless person that has been living in a unit two down from my large unit, and whose behavior and interactions have made me uncomfortable on the last several occasions when I have been there. They have blocked easy passage to my unit by parking a large vehicle unlawfully in front of their unit. I have no problem calling the police should they treat Linda disrespectfully or refuse to move their vehicle when I move my stuff out in the next few days. Linda, thank you for all you’ve done to make our time at Extra Space as pleasant as possible!
