If I could give zero stars I would. On 3-13-25 I booked my son an appointment bc I been a Mavis customer ALONG time. Long story short they called and told me what was wrong with his car it was 1,000 but said they can do it for 900. I gave them the ok to do it. On 3-18-25 we took the car back bc it was still driving the same way we brought it in. They called and said ALL this OTHER stuff needs to be done on top of the 900 I just spent. I ASKED WHY WOULD U TAKE MY 900 if other work got to be done THAT THEY NEVER INFORMED ME ABOUT when I gave them the OK to do the 900 dollars worth of work. SO UNPROFESSIONAL TO ME I WONT BE BACK AND NEITHER WILL NO-ONE IN MY FAMILY🙄🤦♀️😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡

Mavis went above and beyond. I came in for an exhaust issue, they took a look at it and were also able to replace the ball joint since it was about to go bad. An hour and a half later and I left relieved with how quiet the exhaust was compared to before, and with the peace of mind knowing everything else was fine. Thank you Joe!

I was in a pinch. I had a bad A bad valve on my tire. Called them at 5:15 on Monday they close at 6. Joe at the front desk helped me out. He knows when someone needs help and he helped me out. Thanks to Joe and the crew there.
