“I was not expecting the good experience I received at this shop. It was my first time there - very pleasant staff, all very accommodating, 6:30 PM at the end of a long day with 2-3 cars in the lines. The whole staff, smiling, laughing, joking, talking with customers, getting their work done. Kudos to Emoni and Doug who handled my inspection and oil change/tire rotation. You restore faith in American businesses.

“Dan and the crew automotive repair crew went above and beyond.
I brought my SUV in because the transmission light was on and Dan was able to diagnose the problem immediately.
I brought in my car a few days later they ordered the part and a few hours later I was back on the road.
I highly recommend the shop because the price for repair was very fair and working with them was not stressful for me.

“Major shout out to the guys at this auto shop for dealing with me today as I spastically sped into the parking lot with a suddenly deflating tire straight off of 490 without an appointment (or a single brain cell) rushing through barely a coherent statement with a very uncool and panicky voice. They were able to patch my tire on the spot while juggling rush hour gas pumping and ACTUAL customers/calls. They did this very inexpensively and truly made my manic Monday end well. I would go back for work there for sure and definitely recommend them now.”

“When I picked up my car from Delta Sonic today, I was completely floored. My car is 11 years old and when I picked it up it looked like it could have been on the showroom floor. It literally looked like no one had sat in it yet, let alone my doggo for the last 3 years. UB detailed my car with such care, did a complete walk-through with me as I was just blown away by how beautiful my car (Zelda) was shining. Floor mats looked factory direct. No dog hair and no NY salt on the carpets. Thank you UB and DS!!”
“I want to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff and management team at Delta Sonic in Penfield, NY.
On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having!
I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart.
A huge thank you to the entire Delta Sonic team and the good Samaritan who brought my wallet in. Your kindness made a lasting impact.... it’s something I’ll never forget.

“They printed out the oil info sticker for the inside of the windshield with the service date much too soon and the mileage much to close to the current mileage. It's synthetic oil for goodness sake. Have to keep that business volume up. Watch for that one.”
“I had a low tire pressure light on my Ford Edge and called Henderson immediately since I'd only had the vehicle a few months. They told me to take it to their service center and gave me the best times to go to the Fast Lane to have it checked out. When I got there, there was no wait for getting it in. It took about 30-40 minutes to find out I had picked up a nail and they had fixed it. The best part was there was no charge! Thank you Henderson Ford!!!!!”

“We had an appointment at 8am. When we got there, the technician wasn't there yet, so the manager, Steve had to rescheduled us to come back for an hour later. We were told by a staff who scheduled us the day before, to make sure we would be there by 8am or we would be resheduled. Steve was very professional and friendly, and sensed that we were a bit frustrated, he offered us a discounted price on the tires and waived other fees to make it worthwhile for us. We do appreciate that when your staff made a mistake and you find ways to compensate your customers. Excellent job to keep your customers happy!Service: Tires”
