“Received an oil change today at this location, it was the most unbelievable experience! Everyone was so kind and talked me through the entire process start to finish. Michael, the manager was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, organized, and aware. The way he spoke with his staff was so refreshing to see he made sure everybody was where they needed to be while being super positive and kind to everyone involved. This level of expertise and respect as well as customer service is going to make me not only refer Valvoline to everyone I know, but also will make me a lifetime customer for all of my future automotive needs for any car I drive. They sure do know what they are doing!”

I brought my SUV in because the transmission light was on and Dan was able to diagnose the problem immediately.
I brought in my car a few days later they ordered the part and a few hours later I was back on the road.
I highly recommend the shop because the price for repair was very fair and working with them was not stressful for me.

“Major shout out to the guys at this auto shop for dealing with me today as I spastically sped into the parking lot with a suddenly deflating tire straight off of 490 without an appointment (or a single brain cell) rushing through barely a coherent statement with a very uncool and panicky voice. They were able to patch my tire on the spot while juggling rush hour gas pumping and ACTUAL customers/calls. They did this very inexpensively and truly made my manic Monday end well. I would go back for work there for sure and definitely recommend them now.”

“When I picked up my car from Delta Sonic today, I was completely floored. My car is 11 years old and when I picked it up it looked like it could have been on the showroom floor. It literally looked like no one had sat in it yet, let alone my doggo for the last 3 years. UB detailed my car with such care, did a complete walk-through with me as I was just blown away by how beautiful my car (Zelda) was shining. Floor mats looked factory direct. No dog hair and no NY salt on the carpets. Thank you UB and DS!!”
“I want to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff and management team at Delta Sonic in Penfield, NY.
On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having!
I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart.
A huge thank you to the entire Delta Sonic team and the good Samaritan who brought my wallet in. Your kindness made a lasting impact.... it’s something I’ll never forget.

“Came here after work to get an oil change and was very happy with the customer service. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who served me, but he was very professional and noticed I had a break light out and replaced it on the spot for me. This location does a great job.”
“Couldn’t be more pleased with the team at this location. The fastest and most efficient experience I have ever had with any of my vehicles. Oil change, cabin air filter, engine air filter and tire rotation all done in under 25 minutes. Thank you Dylan, Donny and Genesis . A+ Work and Customer Service. I’ve been a customer across the street at Delta for the last 8 years and after a couple of bad experiences lately I decided to come over here and give them a shot. I’m glad I did. “I had a low tire pressure light on my Ford Edge and called Henderson immediately since I'd only had the vehicle a few months. They told me to take it to their service center and gave me the best times to go to the Fast Lane to have it checked out. When I got there, there was no wait for getting it in. It took about 30-40 minutes to find out I had picked up a nail and they had fixed it. The best part was there was no charge! Thank you Henderson Ford!!!!!”

“Customer service was great! And the people were nice. The only thing I was disappointed with was the oil left on my car door handle. When I went to open my car the next day my hand slipped off and was all oily. I get that an oil change involves oil and might not be the cleanest. but I just feel like I shouldn't be getting oil on my skin at all. Overall its a not big deal but maybe worth mentioning in the review. I'd still recommend this location. And I'm not trying to write a bad review lol. ill be back for another service in the future.”

“We had an appointment at 8am. When we got there, the technician wasn't there yet, so the manager, Steve had to rescheduled us to come back for an hour later. We were told by a staff who scheduled us the day before, to make sure we would be there by 8am or we would be resheduled. Steve was very professional and friendly, and sensed that we were a bit frustrated, he offered us a discounted price on the tires and waived other fees to make it worthwhile for us. We do appreciate that when your staff made a mistake and you find ways to compensate your customers. Excellent job to keep your customers happy!Service: Tires”

“While the crew was short staffed and very busy they replaced my battery quickly and got me back in the road within half an hour. It was the easiest part of my day. Very courteous too.”
