My cat needed a rabies shot. The appointment was easy to schedule online and there was no wait when I got there. Fast service and I did pick up some treats for the kitty on my way out :)

We brought in our scared at everything including wind, Shiba for two vaccinations and the tech was absolutely fantastic. She held on to him tightly as the other tech administered the shots. Our regular vet was too scared to do it. 🙄. Because of our great experience, we are going to bring in our other dog for her vaccinations.

Both check-in employee and medical staff were inexperienced and had poor handling of scared animals. I brought in the wrong sheet of proof of previous Rabies shot for my dog but that shouldn't of been a problem as it is on record with Petco because of Suzy's visits for grooming. However, I had to pay full price for a 3 year shot but employee would only administer a one year shot. I want a full refund for this unprofessional handling throughout this visit.

I usually go to the Vetco in Greece with no issues. This time I wanted to go in on a different day and went to the one off Culver and it was awful. My dog is very attached to me and when I asked if I could go in the room with her they threatened to muzzle her and I insisted it wasn’t necessary. The techs were scared of my dog for no reason, stating my dog looked scared so they were scared. They fumbled around fishing for a vein and poked her multiple times in one leg before moving to another leg. They held her in such a way that her paws were sliding across the floor in a half sitting/half lying down position as another tech fished around and poked her again and again while the other tech was squeezing her so much my dogs face was turning pink. And then I was told I would get a 10% discount and they later on told me no. This was a terrible experience. And if you are afraid of certain dog breeds when the dog has not shown any aggression then this shouldn’t be your job.

They are bandits! I paid for the puppy package to get all her shots $250+ I got one set of shots, missed the next appointment and now they’re telling me I have to pay all over again and have no credit. They are outright thieves!

The staff's demeanor was disappointingly unfriendly during my recent visit. Despite having made an appointment, I found myself waiting for 15 minutes before being attended to. Regrettably, there were no available seating options, which made the wait uncomfortable. Additionally, upon being called, I encountered resistance when I wished to accompany by dog into the office.Moreover, although a physical examination was supposed to be conducted by the vet, it seemed rushed as my dog was swiftly administered a shot without a thorough assessment.

One of your techs was sick and come in coughing and touching the puppies, before I could ask her not to. And after I asked her not to touch them, she went on to argue with me as to she was not sick! as she’s blowing her nose

I HIGHLY recommend these people. I needed to get a dog to the groomers and needed the updated shots and my vet and nearby vets could not see us. The dr and asst were the best. We made another appt for the rest of the shots. Much cheaper than going to my vets too.

So many dead goldfish in their tanks got told oh they are just sleeping not true the ones that were alive were feeding on the dead ones there were dead ones attached to filter as well. And many dead Bettas they don't care for their fish here and it's quite sad.
