“Want to kill a couple of hours and find some neat stuff? It's easy to miss some things so be sure and walk around twice or go back and visit again. The staff are genuinely nice and helpful, the place is clean, organized and well lit.”
“(this is obviously referring to the Rochester Pinball Collective in The Piano Works)
For my part, my brother and i go to the $20 a person unlimited pinball. We absolutely love this place. All the machine are in great working order. If they break down. They seem to be repaired in good order. If the mood strikes you they do sell drinks. I personally like that the machines have cup holders. Which is actually pretty great:)”
“This is a really great plaza. It has a lot of nice stores and is quite busy. It is located on a busy strip with just about every kind of business you could need or want. It has Wegmans which is one of my favorites and Barnes and Noble. Also in a nice town and located directly along the RTS 11 Monroe Bus Route.”
“This was a great little shopping area in Fairport that is right on the Erie Canal. They have walking trails, a variety of little shops that you can find all kinds of good buys. A very nice place to sit and watch the boats in the canal and the trains run through town many times a day and night. I really enjoyed seeing all the shops and different items that were in each shop.”

“Great plaza full of many businesses offering a variety of products and services! Ample parking space. The parking lot is properly maintained. I like shopping at this plaza. It’s conveniently located just off the 390 expressway. I definitely recommend checking it out.”
“There are lots of different stores here for all your needs. Some notable mentions include Walmart (that's where RTS Bus #7 drops off), Burlington Coat Factory, reStore for Humanity, RRH Lab, Starbucks, McDonald's, CBD shops, and much more.”
“There are many boutique type stores in this little hideaway. Many are definitely worth exploring. The building is not quite set up well and one can easily get lost trying to find the store one is looking for. This, however, allows one to discover other stores that one might otherwise overlook. If you’re exploring this mall, definitely check out Rainbow Cammo, a boutique fragrance shop that specializes in helping you create your own signature scent.”
“Wegmans on Fairport rd is a great store if you want to get in quick and find the usual things. The only down side, the selection is limited. The store has a small Bakery which makes delicious sweets, like unique cookies, cheese cakes and birthday cakes, although small selection of choice. It has a hot food court, small deli, small floral area and Pharmacy. They have different speciality beers and alcoholic beverages, a small selection of international food, specialized cheeses, cookware and even toy section. I really love this store and shopped here for 18 years. I don't have to walk a mile to find everything I need. The cashiers and Pharmacy staff are friendly, for the most part and always ready to help if you need something. Some cashiers do need better training in packing groceries into the bags though. Half the time, they put the soft stuff at the bottom and the heavier stuff on top. I do try to put things in order with heavier stuff first then the bread and other delicate things to try to prevent this.”
“Here alone and going to the Tops is very calm, organized, what is bad is that we at least have a Hipana every time I pay for this cashier behind me, checking if I pay for the items I am buying. Ladies and gentlemen, I am not like most of them and I think that not all of us are going to go to this place to steal, please, apart from what work, I do not need to steal anything and secondly I live near here, where I can be doing such a thing if I have to go there almost always.”
“America's Best Glasses. Very accommodating, staff professional, in-house eye exam, good selection of frames, tinted lenses & offers transitional & lined bifocals. Benn doing business here for 4 years.”
“Living in College Town, Rochester, has been great! Staying at Mt. Hope Lofts, I love that everything I need is just a short walk away—Chipotle for quick bites, Mochinut for a sweet fix, Insomnia Cookies for late-night cravings, Joy Mart for groceries, CVS for essentials, and even Dollar Tree for random finds. Plus, Tim Hortons is right there for coffee runs.
For Rochester, this is as lively as it gets. A good mix of students, professionals, and locals keeps the vibe dynamic yet chill. Having U of R nearby is a huge plus, and public transport makes getting around easy.
The area is safe, well-kept, and perfect for anyone who wants a mix of city convenience and a close-knit community feel. Definitely enjoying my time here!”

“Lots of great places at the Culver Road Armory. My favorites are Fleet Feet and Village Bakery. Plenty of parking available. Village Bakery has amazing, fresh food, with a focus on locally sourced goods.”
“WEGGYS, BEST BUY, TEXAS ROADHOUSE ??️?: NEED I SAY MORE?????✅ This plaza is solid - so many great businesses here, including Great Clips, Citizens Bank, incoming Planet Fitness. This is also a great place to park and watch fireworks on the 4th of July! ???? Ridgemont is your one stop shop if you're in Greece!?️??”
“It is a plaza.... hard to review a plaza. This one at least has several entrances and exits, which helps traffic flow. There are also a nice variety of stores here, including fast food, grocery, and others.”
“The Staples is good for making copies and the Subway is expensive and I would like to tell the girls who attend to them to please check the food, last time I saw a hair on my sandwich and that for me is disgusting.”
“There's quite a few new stores that have gone in and the food court is still open. I found some new and unique products there that I wouldn't find at other malls. They also had exactly what I was looking for”
“Plaza was sold about a year ago and parking lot has been rehabilitated with trees and pavement. There are two or three new stores in the plaza. Big improvement over a neglected shopping center.”
“Mmm... south town plaza....This was a great place to hang out at back in the 80's. Me and my friends would ride our BMX bikes over there. I had those pegs on the side for doing tricks, but never really used them. So we'd ride over to south town plaza, with this kid we called "frog". He got that nickname in school, when one day at lunch, he got the hiccups. These weren't your every day hiccups, these were accompanied by a complimentary burp at the end. This happened with every single hiccup, for what felt like ten minutes. It also came at the only silent second, where everyone just happens to be chewing at the same time. The lunch lady yelled that she heard a frog in the cafeteria, and all the kids screamed, and jumped up on their chairs, except that one weird kid, Gordon.”
“Another plaza with an awesome variety like Pizza Hut and Master Kim's taekwondo, Dollar Tree, and even a bank. Although the plaza has lost a movie theater (Still says temporarily closed after years) and the parking space has become dirtier, Culver Ridge Plaza is still a great collection.”
