I was disappointed because I went and placed an order for a vanilla bean. Frap with Ginger bread and caramel drizzle. I got my drink and there was no caramel drizzle on my cup only at the top of the whipped cream. And the person who made my drink acted like they didn't want to remake my drink. So I went to the starbucks in target in Irondequoit and they remade my drink with no problem thank you Shakeem and Alisia at the OTHER STARBUCKS IN TARGET Irondequoit!

This specific store has gone drastically downhill over the last few weeks. Mobile orders now take upwards of 30 minutes to receive (despite estimated time in the app) and cold brew drinks are all sold out by 8am. I can't even count how many times I've ordered ahead and had to leave without a drink in the morning because there are 10's of people still waiting. Incredibly disappointing.

I love this Starbucks! The employees are always quick and friendly - A couple of them even know my order and will start it and have it ready before I've even paid! The iced coffee is always brewed well and tastes great.

Very small Starbucks, but nothing was lacking. The customer service was wonder and accommodating.

I thought I was fighting a cold when I left Houston for a roadtrip. I self medicated most of my trip with pain killers, nyquil, and liquor. On day number 7 I could barely drive, moaning, and groaning. My friend suggested we get some coffee. Thank the heavens it was immediate how well I felt. She immediately saw the difference and I felt it. Just what the doctor ordered! No vick's needed, no clinic visit needed, all I needed was coffee! Give me a quad of espresso! That drive thru was the bomb. I might be addicted to coffee and was going through withdrawals.

The barista didnt pay any mind to me and my girls was there while she's gossiping to her friend until i cought her attention and with an attitude instead of saying hello or im sorry she says it with a tone what would you like, so I corrected her and said well hello, i would like.... she couldn't remember my order and instead of speaking up and clear, she whispers. This is the worst starbucks experience i ever had. Starbucks dont usually have bad customer service like this

Seriously how does anyone shop here in the morning? Numerous times I've come into this target location in the morning only to find most of the things I want to shop for are unreachable and totally blocked off. I thought maybe it was just the season that I was coming into shop but nooo! Come to find out for the past three months it's been like this and it makes it absolutely impossible to shop in the morning. Why even have this store open in the morning time if you're going to come into blocked isles of unworked freight!?

It honestly just depends who is working - there is one guy who I see frequently wearing a red shirt working and he never makes my drinks right to the point where i ask for a refund. On the other hand, the few younger girls here do a great job and are super welcoming. If anything, I do ask there to be more than one barista working at once... the line tends to get long and although I try to come here daily, I don't want to be late to work.

As I see it, Target is a good store. And this one is clean. I went yesterday afternoon to look for a computer chair but unfortunately they didn't have one. But I have made other purchases there successfully. Target reminds me of Penney's, at least this one. Everything is neatly organized, and the staff that I dealt with were very polite. I commented to a young man working there how nice things looked, organized, neat and clean. He smiled and thanked me. There electronics department had many televisions, that's for sure, plus a wide supply of phone apparatus. The camera department had its stock also. I spoke to a sales person by the name of Mike who seemed quite happy to be working there. That's a plus when dealing with sales people. To add a bit of "humor" to this review, I may add that I saw a "skate board" in 1 of the aisles just setting there. I wasn't sure if Target was offering skate board training or free rides. And also they sell bananas. Next to the kids clothing the banana rack stands. I think the sales person who set up the sign may need a bit of training in word uses, sentence writing. :) Check out the 2 sided sign. Whatever you're looking for, I wouldn't hesitate to call or go to Target and see if they have it!
