Nikki was amazing! Friendly, playful and informative. My son is always respectful and polite but I could tell he was comfortable telling her how he liked his hair and opened up more with her than I’ve ever seen him with any other stylist. We’ll be back!

The hairdresser washed my daughter’s hair with cold water and was fairly rough. She butchered her bangs. I could of done all these things at home for free.

Hey, I'm making this review because I tried reaching customer service with the Supercuts corporate website to see if I could get a refund and had no luck. We ended up here in a pinch on Friday Aug 15th '25 at around 12pm(?), and when we walked in it was empty except for one staff and it reeked of weed (don't have a problem with using, but not on the worksite please?). But the stylist was really sweet and we needed to get it done. Unfortunately she sliced my son's ear pretty badly. I had first aid supplies in my bag and was able to intervene. She was obviously very embarrassed and apologized.... Nothing wrong with her kindness, just her ability to cut hair. His haircut looked really strange at the end. Buzzed on the sides and then like a long bowl cut on top. He was a good sport but we still had to keep applying bandages 5 days later- it was a pretty deep slice. I ended up giving him a crew cut at home to fix the bad haircut. I was not assertive enough to refuse to pay- I acted like everything was fine and even gave a tip. That's my fault for being flustered and non-confrontational. I would really love a refund, I think it came to $25 with the tip. We are financially strained and it was really upsetting to go through all that and then just have to re-cut his hair at home. I also feel like we need to not be high cutting people's hair because someone can get hurt. Please reach out with info on how I could get a refund if possible. Thanks.
