Over done rice, they didn't follow my order when I asked for light rice. It also seemed soggy with not much protein. We ordered the sushi burrito and were pretty disappointed. Normally my kids and i prefer the greece location. Chairs were up so there wasn't a ton of seating and it was more like sitting in a storage area bc there were boxes on the tables as well.

I love coming here to get something to drink or to eat as a treat for myself and at times I get a free doughnut and it just brightens my day.

I come here an embarrassing number of times a week for bubble tea. They always treat me with kindness, and the drinks are absolutely delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

The humidity in this building is off the charts. As a customer, it’s uncomfortable, so I feel bad for the employees who have to work in it. It’s easily 80-90% humidity in the building, with condensation literally forming on the windows and furniture… whoever owns the building needs to fix this for both the customers and the employees who have to work in it. They should also redo the green painted walls and tables as you can see many paint chips, but it’s not a big deal.\\n\\nOtherwise, the customer service is always amazing, the food and bubble tea is usually decent (sometimes you take a bite of your ramen and find the egg still cold for example), and while the music is blaringly loud, the overall atmosphere is nice.

I’ve never seen more than 5 cars parked here at a time however, so there’s plenty of room.Wheelchair accessibility: Building is level with the parking lot, so as long as someone holds the door (one is always locked?), a person can wheel in without issue.

If you have questions on the food a quick google search will set you up. I love this chain of sushi and milk tea restaurants. They provide fast and quality service to get your sushi to you quick!Dietary restrictions: Many sushi options are gluten free.

Customer service was lacking and questions felt more like an inconvenience to the worker. The tea I got was a kiwi green iced bubble tea with passion fruit Boba and was highly delish and well worth the price. I would have loved ordering and exploring more options if I didn't feel like I was a bother seeking understanding.

I go to the highschool across the street from here and ever since freshman year I've gone here practically every week (I'm in junior year now). In freshman year they had a lot less then they have now but it was still my favorite restaurant. Now it's even better with more food and calming environment. The people who work here are the nicest people I've ever met. There is not one thing they could be doing better, I love sitting in the lounge with my friends playing Uno while I eat a sushi burrito and taro milk tea. DONT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET ADDICTED.Vegetarian options: You can easily get vegetarian ramen, poke bowls, sushi, etc here.Dietary restrictions: My grandmother has a rare stomach problem and can't eat most gluten and spice. But they have very many options here and almost everything is customizable for your preference.

I've been a regular for 3-4 years. The food is wondeful and the service is delightful.
