“Took truck in for slow leak in tire. They looked at it rather promptly since I called first. After about 10 min they said they fixed the leak. Asked what they found and said a hole, no explanation of what was in there to cause leak. 2 days later,...still leaking at same rate. All for a mere $50!!!! For a plug. Would not reccommend this place to my worst enemy! Then drive my new truck out of shop and hit metal standard in drive. No repair with $50 charge!!”

“I showed up at Jim Whites Truck and Auto Center on a Thursday afternoon with a not so positive outlook on how the experience was going turn out, mainly because I didn't think my credit scores were very good and I didn't have anything for a down payment. Richard asked me a few questions about my situation and was very understanding, he jumped right into action and started talking about lenders he works with and suggested Sothern Chautauqua FCU. He explained some of the programs and discussed how they would help my chances for an approval. He said he worked with this credit union often and reached out to one of the loan agents Amanda who worked so fast to go over my loan. Amanda got back to me the next day as soon as the approval went through.
