I called Rob's pretty close to close of business on a Tuesday. I told them what I was looking for, two used tires, and the odd size. The gentleman on the phone put me on hold for only a minute, to see if they had the tires in stock; they did, and he asked me if I could get there in 10 minutes. That would have been awesome, but unfortunately I could not. I asked if I could come the next day, and he said that I could come anytime, just give a call before I headed that way. I did call this morning, they told me to come as soon as I was ready, and that even if there was a wait, it wouldn't be too long. He was not kidding. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. The service was so fast, everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly, and the price was right. I would definitely use this business again.”
