On 2/24/23 I contracted with Adcorp for a 12x24 inch quarter banner at a local ShopRite. Was supposed to be on the banner above the circular kiosk. The ad was made over a month later. Final proof approved on 4/24/23. Heard nothing about install for nearly a month. I reached out on 5/22/23. They responded that it would be installed no later than 5/26/23. In actuality it wasn't installed until 5/31/23. I did not immediately get a chance to see it in person. I had asked any employee to drop cards off as they would be down that way. I did not get a chance to see the ad in person until 6/28/23. At which time I noticed that it was on the display below the waist level. And most importantly was only 10x16 despite my contracted size of 12x24. I called them immediately on the 28th. Called the "Customer Service Hotline" on my contract. Talked to a receptionist who informed me they would pass along my info to customer service since that was not actually a customer service number. I waited for a call back. Did not receive one. Called the next day at about 11:30, so the 29th. Was eventually connected to Eva, the CFO. Explained my issue. Was assured she'd look into it personally. Did not receive a call back that day. They close at 5:30. About 5:15 I called them back. Eva was connected. She explained to me that the sales rep was an independent contractor, and had sold me something that he shouldn't have since they changed the kiosk layout. And that it wasn't that much smaller than the agreed upon advertisement. And all the ways that this wasn't their fault. At this point I was pretty frustrated by their lack of accountability and said that since they hadn't met our contracted specifics I'd just like my money back. She retorted that "I hadn't even given them a chance to fix it" which was never brought up. They never called back. They never offered a plan to fix it. Just a lot of blah blah blah, not our fault. Which it is. My contract is with them, and they failed to meet it. She said she would have to "ask her boss" which seems like a bad excuse to me since she's the CFO. So here we are over a week later and I haven't heard back from them. Edit: After posting reviews, and comments on their facebook pages and a BBB complaint and stating that I'd pursue a small claims court case I was refunded in whole.

I was recently contacted by adcorp group for a small business promotion that they were doing in Shoprite of Brookfield. I am a small business in Brookfield and Shoprite is one of the busiest grocery stores in the area so of course I was willing to hear what it is they were planning. A nice older gentleman came to the store to pitch me. He asked me a bunch of simple questions then verified if I had 15Min to see the presentation. I said yes. He then asked if I was the person that made the marketing decisions, I said yes. Then he asked me if I would be willing to give him a yes or no answer at the end of the presentation. I said I could but said depending on cost I'd like time to decide. He packed up his book and said he'd leave his card because he'd need a firm commitment or no before he left! I should've just let him walk out but instead I decided to tell him that I thought his sales tactics was b******* and he should be ashamed of himself for appearing to be selling a program that promoted small business but their sales process was nothing of the sort! Sorry but I will never buy from a company that uses that sort of high pressure sales tactic.

If i can leave 0 stars I would. This company is the worst. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I paid them almost $10,000 to place a poster in Shop Rite. The contract says it will be displayed in the front entrance where it will be the most visible. After many of my clients that shop in Shop Rite had told me they did not see my sign, i took it upon myself to stop in and see why. I then started paying attention and realized that the sign that was in the front entrance was always fully or partially covered with items from Shop Rite or in some instances facing the wall. AdCorp's answer is that they only service that location once a month and that they can't control what is placed in front of my sign. After about the 7th. time of taking multiple pictures of my sign that could not be read by anyone. I said how can you charge almost $10,000 for something you don't have any control over when the sales person told me they have exclusive rights to place these signs. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and Visa and I won the dispute. All my money was refunded after showing all of the pictures of my sign being blocked. Now they are trying to sue me for the money thru an attorney. I'll spend 10 times that before I give them a penny. The attorney called and threatened to sue me and when I told him go ahead, he said he will settle with me for $1000.00. I said I'll see you in court. I have pictures if anyone is interested.

William at Adcorp was extremely helpful and efficient. My ad was proofed, edited, and made to my liking in a very timely fashion. He was very polite, professional, and sincere in making me happy. I will be recommending them to all my friends!

I will be honest with you if I could do ZERO stars I would! This company has called me over 10 times to ask me to advertise in the local supermarket. The first few calls was ok but after the 3rd call, it just gets annoying! I asked them nicely to please remove me from their calling lists! And the last three times the same girl has called and got so offended that I asked her to stop calling! She was so rude and disrespectful! If you can't do telemarketing and take no for an answer, then find another job! I think she said her name was Jasmine! I don't know if that's her real name or not but whatever! STOP calling my phone!!!
