The best experience I have had at a nail salon and I have been to countless ones across the country. Extremely clean, professional and meticulous. Kay and Esther were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Went here for the first time and it was great. The spa is clean, well lit and Esther, my manicurist was amazing. I felt warm and comfortable. They offer free shoulder rubs as well!! Overall an exceptional spa.

Went I with nails all filed the same length asked to only have nails filed and shaped. Nail tech took out clippers and cut my thumb nail leaving it shorter than the rest. Asked to have other thumb trimmed so she cut that one shorter than the other. Can't win!

No matter when I call to make an appointment I always have to wait. This has happened the past few times I have tried this place. To show up at my appointment time and wait 30-45 mins is ridiculous. I think they simply say "come in" regardless of if they have room because they don't want to lose the business. It's a huge waste of my time and I won't be coming back.

Meh...Just a tad worse than a mani/pedi you'd get at an airport rushing between flights. Having moved up to the area I'd been in search for a solid nail salon to replace my go-to in the city (I've been frequenting a handful of places over the past few decades). The space was standard, nothing special. For a $45 mani/pedi I was disappointed to have a rushed pedicure (ie she didn't even buff my heels) and another tech did my mani at the same time, standing at the pedicure station (didn't even soak my cuticles). If you're in a rush, don't mind spending a high price for a mediocre mani/pedi, this would be the place to go.

I went in to get tips , Esther was rushing and would not clean under my nails before she put my tips on and she didn’t do anything any nail salon would do before putting tips on , and she said she not supposed to clean under my nails I would not recommend this place to anyone

I come here a lot to have my nails done. There are many other salons in the area to choose from and I like the atmosphere here the best. The salon feels light and welcoming and is kept clean. Depending on which employee I get to do my nails the results aren't always consistent. Some take more time and care than others. I like the flexibility to come as a walk in though. Generally I would recommend this nail salon over others along the Irvington Main St.

I've been to many salons, and this is the ONLY one that consistently delivers! They are lovely people and are skilled at their jobs.

Always greeted with a smile and friendly hello. Usually go as a walk-in and rarely have to wait. Great massages with manicure and pedicures. Very accommodating for fixing smudges. Clean environment. Always satisfied with results.

I called prior to coming and asked if I would be able to get a manicure and pedicure and how much it would be. I arrived in Irvington shortly after, around 7pm. The doors were locked, they turned the lights out, and ran out the back into their minivan and just looked at me as I stood outside and they pulled away. They were not scheduled to close until 7:30pm. Ridiculous.

Not cheap and not great. Worst pedicure I've had in ages. The man did a LOUSY job on my pedicure - uneven nail lengths, one nail slanted, sloppy polish (on the bottom cuticles and sides), toe skin looked shaggy afterward. He was nasty when I said I wasn't happy and asked if he could at least tidy up the skin. Told me to pay $10 extra for cuticle remover next time - when I explained that other places cost less and do the cuticles just fine, I thought his head might explode. He told me not to come back. As if I would. It's all in the recovery - he easily could have made me feel better, but he chose to behave childishly instead. He is rude to the women who work there too, which was the real deal-breaker for me. If you're reading this, ladies who work there, don't take it from him. $36 and I could have done better myself The $11 manicure, done by someone else, was better, and the woman was very nice, but I just can't recommend this place

While trying to find an ideal relaxing atmosphere to get pampered, we found Irvington Nails in a quaint little area near the Hudson River. This nail salon has nice natural light coming in and was clean, however, it was a bit small and narrow. If they had maybe 3 customer waiting, it would have felt crowded in here. For the gel selections, they didn't have a lot to pick from which was disappointing for someone who love choices. And how was the manicure you ask? Gel Manicure- They were totally rushing through it. My nails were jagged, which I found out later when it was hooking on to things, my skin around the nails were sticking out and I assume it was the owner who took over and tried to clean it up. One of the tech cut my gf's finger so deep that it started bleeding. And the polish was a bit messy but at least the design was nice, which I had to verbally walk them through because they've never done it before. I appreciated them for trying out new things though. Back Massage- They'll abruptly surprise you with "massage?" as an add-on at the very end and they'll charge you by the duration of time spent on your back. We went for the 10 mins and it actually felt pretty great. Overall Service: We got some bleeding, jagged nails, midway through my manicure a lady and her young boy came in and she ask if he could get a massage (by the way, not weird at all) so my tech left and someone else picked up the rest of my manicure, and not a single peep on how much anything cost. The gel manicure and massage ended up being a total of $51. What a strange experience.
