I wish I didn't feel compelled to post this. Robert is completely aloof and totally unreliable. I don't see how it is possible he can run a viable business.

Great experience as always! Ken is friendly and knowledgeable, I love my sonos. Thank you so much. These other reviews seem dated and unfair. This is a review to actually listen to.

Asked for a quote from Rob the owner over a month ago and STILL waiting to hear back. I was promised a quote two weeks ago - call their office rolls to voice mail always and by design. No one calls you back - basically their way or no way and no customer follow up whatsoever. Worse service than the DMV, literally!
