Then called me back to tell me that he tested the one he had and that it should work. They stayed open late for us to bring my son by and measure it in person. It worked perfectly. Would come back here every single time.”
“small pharmacy, family friendly, LGBTQIA friendly, with vast products.i come here for my prescriptions, my hair products, laundry products, and body care. the front staff (Yari and Jefferson) are very sweet and patient. they go above and beyond for their customers, honestly. Fari the pharmacist gets my medications quick and easy. It only took 1 hour after leaving the doctors for my prescriptions to be filled. i forgot an item in store and Yari held it down for over a week just to make sure they returned my item to me. if thats not great service and excellent care, i dont know what is.Lorenzo the manager seems to take great care of his staff and customers and i hope he continues to do so; a team like this is hard to come by.”

Not only did the owner mail the item to me (twice because I originally gave him the wrong address), but then refused to take my money to compensate him for the shipping costs. “The only pharmacy to deal with period! Roy and staff are phenomenal! Feel like family, takes time to explain and make sure your ok not just fill and tell you to call some 1-800 number. Careing staff on all fronts, need something they don't carry they'll get it, ditched CVS and the bog box of crap years ago and never looked back. Do yourself a favor, check them out!”
“This pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. I was with PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy for many years. While the individual packets were extremely convenient, every time I needed to add or change a medication I was met with a ton of bureaucracy and back and forth between the pharmacy and my doctor to get all of their questions answered before my medication would be filled which could honestly take days severely delaying my care, not to mention I still have to wait for shipping.
After a situation where I desperately needed to start a new medication so I could feel like myself again and PillPack wouldn't fill it without talking to my doctor I contacted New City Pharmacy as I had an email from my doctor confirming that I was supposed to take this new drug alongside my existing one. They were extremely helpful in transferring my prescriptions from PillPack and had my new medication ordered and filled within a day. They then reached out to all of my doctors to get 90 day supply scripts for all of my various medications and helped me synchronize everything so they'll all renew at the same time.
The staff is extremely polite, they answer the phone right away every time I have to call which is rare these days especially when comparing to CVS or Walgreens who many times have you waiting 20-30 minutes. Now CVS doesn't even answer the phone and directs you to voicemail unless you pretend to be a prescriber, and in that case you still may get voicemail. I normally am in and out of the store with my meds in under 10 minutes, usually closer to 5.
This pharmacy is a huge breath of fresh air and I will never be going back to a big box or mail order pharmacies, mom and pop shops are the way to go!”

“I've had such a pleasant experience working this pharmacy so far! Sometimes, working with compounding pharmacies can be more complicated than necessary. With Westchester, the prescribing and ordering process is smooth and efficient. Most compounding pharmacies are understaffed, making it nearly impossible to talk to a live person. I was able to speak directly with Gina, a pharmacy technician, who ironed out the details of the prescription within minutes and was super friendly and helpful. Gina went out of her way to make my experience with the pharmacy a pleasant one. I highly recommend this pharmacy!”

They call and check in about deliveries...did I say that deliver my meds every month? And, that coordinated it, so I get one delivery a month? I happily gave up the big box pharmacy for this personal, smaller business. Can't say enough about how much I love their service!”

“I've been a Shoprite customer for years. I can't remember not being one. Today I went in to do my regular shopping and I decided to get fresh bagels. I only got half a dozen. I had asked to have them cut. The first person at the deli told me no. But,I had already spoken with a sweet gentleman from hot foods. He said if they don't help you, I will. I didn't even have to turn around before he agreed to help me. Josie was at a different Shoprite that I used to go to. Kim I've only known since I've been going to this particular Shoprite. Both are very sweet. There's also several others who've helped with or without asking.”
