Worts experience in service. The girl worker in the morning with braids she treated us in the worst possible way, called us stupid and incompetent, and didn’t help us at all. But then, when it came time to pay, she herself would turn green-faced at the question about how the worker had been treated… She seemed more focused on laughing at her phone than on treating customers well :)

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Ardsley On Hudson Post Office today. I had a 9:30 AM passport appointment for my son and, as always, arrived early at 9:20 AM. For over 10 minutes, no one was behind the counter. Finally, at 9:33 AM, a clerk came out from the back. I greeted her with a “Good morning,” but she completely ignored me—not exactly the level of customer service I expect. To make matters worse, I was charged twice during my transaction. The clerk claimed that this happened because I selected the option to receive both a physical and emailed receipt. If that selection causes an issue, why even have it as an option? This explanation seemed highly questionable, and now I have to deal with an unnecessary duplicate charge. Overall, the lack of punctuality, courtesy, and proper payment processing made my visit frustrating and unprofessional. If you have important business here, be prepared for poor service and potential billing issues.

Lateefah is the absolute rudest person you’ll meet. You go in and say hello to send out a package and will be met with a groan and an aggressive “WHAT” back. You then explain what you need and she will start mumbling and saying things underneath her breath because she’s upset she has to do the job she signed up for and does terribly because she had to leave watching her movie for a moment or end her loud conversation on the phone.

This should be zero stars. We went to renew our daughter's passport on a Saturday morning - first costumer at 9am! Lateefah behind the window was not happy! She was rude from beginning to end to a point that was actually funny. We started to laugh as it was almost like a Family Guy vignette... I might start organizing tours w tourists to experience this! Lateefah used to work at the Dobbs Ferry post office. We had already experienced her rude costumer services 1.5 year ago. I deliberately avoid going to Dobbs Ferry for this passport renewal because of her and then she is in Ardsley now! I can't get away from Lateefah and at the same I can't wait for the next passport renewal with her!!!

The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. The lady behind the window was completely reckless, speaking at me the entire time. She was loud, spoke harshly, and rushed me the entire time. It sounded as if she were yelling, as if she were reprimanding a child. She even lied to me saying I couldn’t scan my passport application! A local customer even wished me good luck. Completely unacceptable. I can’t believe USPS hires and tolerates such employees. I’m looking forward to speaking with the branch manager.

This used to be the best USPS office, the woman who used to work in that office was always the best, professional, super sweet and helped you with any question, solving any problem. I went this morning after a year maybe? And I found out she is no longer there. The woman now is the rudest, most disrespectful and worst employee I ever experienced. It seems that USPS hires this kind of profile on purpose.

I went to this location for my daughter passport appointment but this postal office has the worst customer experience of any place. The lady behind the counter was super rude and unprofessional, first she was watching her iPad when we got there she didn’t want to help she was rushing us the whole time, using a rude tone of voice and talking to us like she didn’t wanted to be bothered. This clerk was watching Netflix just because I asked her a question she mad super mad and unprofessional using fault language I couldn’t understand having someone like that in a job that you have to be cooperative and have good customer service.. I also sent a letter to the national office.

Quiet little post office attached to a crumbling train station. For a passport renewal. The woman that works behind the window can be summed up in 3 words: Nasty. Indifferent. Liar.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The employee who works here is extremely rude. I went into this office for my passport, I originally had my appointment for the hartsdale location but unfortunately they had to move my appointment to this location because they didn’t have a clerk. I had no problem going to a different location until I was waiting on line and I was told since I wasn’t on her appointment list I had to go back end of line because I’m not priority. This women needs to have a better attitude and communication to be working in this setting. Never coming back

This is a great home town post office. It's small but that's what makes it so convenient. No lines and quick & friendly service. You have to be aware of their hours which are different from the main offices but other than that I really appreciate having it in my area.
