“After experiencing the cold and unfriendly staff of the commercial bank across the street I decided to go with my grandson and open an account at Bethpsge credit union. (Long Beach) What a pleasant surprise. We we greeted by a friendly teller that informed Cristen Kurlowicz they were wanted to open some accounts. “Ronnie goes on and beyond he really cares and genuinely likes to help people. I havent done any banking in person since my old chase of peninsula blvd closed down, miss the drive thru and Miss Marie, but yeah I feel there are not much personal interaction like it used to be. Everything is digital or online or a phone call after hours getting someone who puts you on hold a bunch of times without any guidance or advice on options to better your credit. Ronnie was recommended by my son, he is in college. We been building our credit together, but do to high interest rates, 2 school loans in the family a car purchase at a bad time was starting to drop our credit scores.Thank you Ronnie for your time and helping us get back on track.”

“I've been with Dime since I opened my first bank account and my parents were with them since the 70's (they were a different name then but same bank.) I just wish they hadn't merged with BNB but that's life. I just feel they're more business oriented now then before they merged.”
