You know when you talk to somebody and you know when they’re being absolutely genuine that’s Eddie he made my girlfriend feel comfortable about her car. He calls you back if he’s not available he had a gentleman from enterprise Rent-A-Car waiting for us so there was like no downtime having a vehicle I think the whole situation from walking in the door to giving them the car and getting in another car and being on the way home in like 45 minutes outstanding I can take a ton of stress but my Sister cant so by him making that process go so easy so fastand she got in the rental car driving home with a smile on her face made me feel good. I made her feel confident that everything was going to be all right.”
