I love this place it is so nice and welcoming. Treated my dog snow so well and I couldn’t be any more happier with the work they did on her since she really needed a haircut. Thanks again to the staff here and I will be back again!

This message is for Carlos,Today, I picked up my two dogs (Cody_n_Smokey) after being groomed by Lorena at Fluffy Angels. I never had a problem with your facility until today. Unfortunately, todayI left your business very upset ?Today, Saturday, May 13, I overheard Lorena screaming in Spanish at a dog that she was grooming to shut up or I'm going to hit you. Next, I heard the dog yelping and crying. If this is how your business treats the dogs that come in to get groomed, I wonder how my dogs, whom I love so much, got treated. This is very unprofessional, and it needs to be addressed.I will not bring my dogs to Fluffy Angels if Lorena continues grooming there.SincerelyEddie C.

Been taking my dog there since they opened several years ago. Carlos and his wife are wonderful. In addition to giving the fur baby a beautiful haircut every time, they’re very accommodating to fit their customers in.

Grooming is fine but prices aren't. I was going there for about one year. First time was $60. Each time I went, price went up $5. Today they want $80-$85. Not patronizing this merchant anymore. I understand raising prices, but seriously?

I have been a good and loyal customer of Fluffy Angel Pet Grooming for many years until now. My Dad passed away recently and I now have full care of my dog named Buckles. When I picked her up there was a scarf covering over her neck for Halloween, so I did not see beneath it. Carlos, the owner, told me that he was running late and not to come to the store. It was a last appointment and it was closing time. I found the way he said it to me sounded odd. Finally, about 40 minutes later near 6 pm, Carlos told me to pick up Buckles, and so I did. Later that evening I took off the Halloween bandana to find a deep gash of dried blood on the side of her neck and immediately left a message for Carlos and my veterinarian. I took pictures of the wound and called Fluffy Angel Pet and was told by the receptionist not to upload a picture of Buckles wound on the internet and to just speak to Carlos directly which I did. Basically, Carlos denied anything. I told him and the receptionist that I will bring Buckles back to show him and was told quote: "Do not come here to show us." I asked why, and was told just don't come. My veterinarian told me to bring her in promptly. She cleaned her wound and put her on an oral antibiotic and an antibiotic cream for her neck. She wrote a letter stating it was clearly a deep wound due to shaving her too closely. I called Carlos the next day and informed him, to which he replied what do you want me to do? I simply said just return the money I gave you for the grooming and the $20.00 tip I gave to the groomer. Since then, I have received no calls back from Carlos to see how Buckles is doing , and no compensation for the grooming , which is the least Carlos could have done. My son submitted the insurance claim for me, and I am still waiting to be compensated for the veterinarian's bill which was around $200.00. I cannot believe that Fluffy Angel just doesn't care. I have been a very loyal customer for many years, and promised my Dad that I would take care of Buckles, our family dog, if anything happened to him. And a Promise is a Promise, Dad. Finally,

I am so happy we found this place! I worried so much about bringing our (giant) puppy somewhere new. The staff was so kind and loving towards Wally he didn’t want to leave! They take their time and are patient even with a pup so large and with so much hair. Their prices are extremely fair & the work they do is even better! Above & beyond! Wally is happy it’s time for a new appointment!
