“Decided to try out the two week trial. I’m currently on week one and I’ve been taking my classes with Saro so far and it’s been amazing. I feel like I’m working out my whole body but also getting help when I need it. Very attentive and helpful, you aren’t just left to do whatever, but there’s a structure and the coach is around constantly helping. The front desk was wonderful, sweet and explained everything. Great place to exercise and great people that work there!”

“I've been to several OTF locations, including out of state, and I've never had a bad experience, but this particular location is special. The SA's are always lovely and the coaches here are great. Alyssa, Nikki, Robyn and Shaina are my favorites. They are motivating without being overbearing. I'm still a beginner and can't physically do all of the movements on the floor or hit all of the recommended speeds or inclines on the tread (YET!) and I find the coaches to be encouraging without making me feel ashamed or self conscious. In just the few months that I've been consistently showing up, I see so much improvement in my strength and endurance, but more importantly, maybe, is the improvement in my mental health. If you're thinking about coming for a class and are afraid, don't be. I let so much time pass because I didn't think I could do it. Don't be like me. The first class is free, come give it a try.”

“I recently joined K-Fit, and I must say it's possibly the best decision I have made so far this year. The trainers are AWESOME! They are encouraging and push you to your full potential because they believe in you.
I text Karina with questions, and she always answers.

To further my healing journey. I was blessed with Derek B. As a fitness trainer showing me the use and equipment of the gym. I now have weekly sessions with Derek who is aware of my frame and my weaknesses Therefore giving me particular strength training for my needs Derek pushes me. “Lyfe Fitness is a great place to workout and become fit. Before I started at the gym, I did not consistently work out and I needed a push. Coach Dan structures workout plans that are specific to my needs to be fit and healthier. And I can tell that I'm getting stronger and leaner. Coach Dan is also a great person and makes working out fun!”

“I took my first class very early one morning, so it was just me and one other person. This made the class feel very personal, and the instructor was able to train us on a better level. It was a 30 minute class that consisted of using the climber machine half the time and then doing light weight lifting the other half. I wasn't crazy about the machine because it was a bit too intense for me, but I enjoyed the other half of the class. The instructor was awesome and kept pushing us beyond what we thought we could handle. I don't think this is the type of studio I would buy a membership at, but I would buy some drop in classes.”

“All I can say is that the school is beyond amazing. Pierre does everything he can to make it affordable and comfortable for each student. My two daughters as well as my niece went for marshal arts training, jujitsu and boxing. Pierre did a amazing job at making it fun and teachable. I’ve tried other schools but none can compare to this school. Honestly, it was one of my best decisions to put my kids in this lovely and amazing school. They loved learning and it’s great exercise. I can’t recommend this school enough. Definitely try it at least and you will be hooked.”

“OTF Oceanside has changed my life! I’ve been going for the last 2:5 years and I have lost 60 lbs. I am almost 48 and I’m in the best shape of my life. This is the first fitness program I have ever been able to stick with. The coach based classes are perfect for me. “Recently joined this new fitness center, and overall, our experience has been positive. The indoor pool and saunas are fantastic, providing a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. One of the standout features is that the facility is never crowded as it is in a basement of a commercial bldg.The lockers are clean and spacious.However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The center's hours, particularly on weekends, are a bit short, which might be inconvenient for those with busy schedules. Additionally, we noticed that the showers could use some attention, as they appear to have mold issues.In the men's room, the hot sauna requires upgrading; the wood is coming apart, and there are screws sticking out, posing a potential safety hazard. It would be great if the management could address this concern promptly.Another aspect worth mentioning is the restriction on open swim for young kids. It would be more family-friendly if there were designated times for families to enjoy the pool together.Despite these areas for improvement, we have generally enjoyed our time at the fitness center and believe it has great potential. With a few adjustments to the hours and addressing the maintenance issues, this facility could easily reach a 5-star rating.”

You are corrected if you do something wrong which is I find extremely important since my knees don’t hurt after sessions (they usually did which is the reason i quit the gym).Every session is a pure pleasure.Ty for everything. We are glad we found a super cool place to train.??????????”
