The driver arrived early and was very efficient and was able to get me hooked up and on the road very quickly. He was also able to get my car into the narrow car port space I have. I've always been impressed by Jan's and that is why they are my go to when I need a tow.

I spoke with Ray the owner of HR, he's a wonderful, pleasant and knowledgeable man. He is very skilled in response in emergency situations. H&R is Ideal for all your Long Island,South shore, Long Beach, Oceanside and Island Park area needs. He is usually on the scene within 15 to 20 minutes of my call. Ray, the owner of HR is wonderfully professional and is well-known and vetted in the Long Beach area. H&R towing is also used by many businesses in the Long Beach area as a relief for facility owners as a answer for overcrowded lots as a result of unauthorized parking. H&R towaway services are professional, listed and authorized by the local police departments. HR also has an auto body shop that coordinates with all insurance companies. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. CALLED THE OTHER NIGHT AND MY BUILDING HAS A CONTRACT WITH THEM. TOLD ME 30 MINS. NEVER SHOWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!
