As someone who’s still learning about wine, I really appreciate that they take the time to answer my questions and help me understand different wines without ever making me feel intimidated. “Decided to have a nice bottle of wine when we left the beach Sunday. I went online and saw that Pops made it easy to order; and I did, four bottles! Couldn’t have been more simple and convenient. We headed to Pops from Pt Lookout. I guess we were a bit too quick as the clerk was rather annoyed that we were there to pick up the order and proceeded to gave my daughter a bit of an attitude. He tried to redeem himself by favorably commenting on our choices. Perhaps a simple, “your order isn’t ready yet, but I will get it together now” would have been a more polite approach. Customer service goes a long way.”
