“I came here on Thanksgiving when you guys were about to close. If I didn't get what I needed Thanksgiving would have been ruined. The manager Joe let me in and let me shop very quickly. He did not know this but our Thanksgiving plans changed last minute, my mom is in hospice and that small act of kindness made my moms last Thanksgiving a hit.The manager Joe is extremely friendly and his customer service was great. I really appreciate what he did for me that day.”

“After seeing a couple of posts on Instagram, we decided to check out Sansone Market in Garden City Park. While it's not a huge space it is loaded with lots of Italian products. Everything from packages of sweets to canned goods to fresh cheese and meat to pizzas. The back of the store has a long deli counter that has a bunch of made to order sandwiches to choose from along with some premade food. There is even a cheese counter with tons of options. Their freezer section includes items like pizza, ravioli and even bake your own sfogliatelle. Then you come upon the pizza counter. Fresh made 12" pizza is available Wednesday through Sunday. We brought a Marinara pizza home, the crust was lovely and the sauce had a great freshness to it. They also had a bunch of items premade that we couldn't pass up on. The Picante Stromboli was divine. Filled with grilled chicken, broccoli rabe and spicy peppers. It was so delicious. The zucchini pie was sort of a frittata and it was heavenly. They also offer coffee and a small display of baked items like cookies and cannoli. The front of the store has some tables where you can enjoy your purchases if you wish. Sansone Market is a little slice of Italy right on Jericho Turnpike.”

“I'm only taking 1 star off because isn't it known as a dairy place but has no chocolate milk? HOW? WHY? lol. Anyway my dad supposedly told us about this place years ago and our son would like it, but it wasn't until my hub's coworker told him about it did we say lets go! Took our son and y up he loved it. Got some yummy cookies, tried the cider, and debated strawberry milk but nah. Also of course tried their ice cream which is good. We'll probably come back around halloween, maybe they'll have some kind of chocolate milk or I heard it's cool for the holiday :P”

“Shopping at King Kullen this week was such a positive experience! When I walked in, the displays in the produce section were well-organized and inviting. There were several KK associates in the produce section checking the fruits and vegetables and arranging them. They were friendly and helpful. As I progressed through the store, I saw the same organization throughout. The floor aisles and food displays were very clean. I used a cashier-staffed checkout. The associate was friendly and efficient and even helped bag my groceries. My experience shopping at King Kullen was the best experience that I've had at a supermarket in a very long time. “Seasons is an amazing grocery store with a variety of food selection. They are fast, efficient, friendly and helpful. Whenever I’m in Seasons I feel at home and I never feel rushed. Sometimes, the staff gives me quarters for the meter on them. When I’m done my shopping, someone is always there to help me take my groceries to my car. They always reassure me that they will unload my groceries and I should just relax. Seasons is that good! I would 100% recommend Seasons if you’re in The Five Towns.”

“I have driven past this supermarket a gazillion times being born and raised in Southeast Queens and then living in Nassau County for roughly 15 years. But now as a newly reunited New Yorker moving back after 7 years out of the state this Key Food was a nice little gem. Fresh cut fruit, baked goods like apple turnovers, onion bread and bagels, along with empanadas and some fresh baked cookies made my return and in Rockville Centre more than alright! Just reduce the prices and then it would be even better and earn the extra star. Oh and nice young guys in the deli and a sweet female mature-aged cashier was great. Nothing like kind people around you, this is always important.”

“We discovered the Russian European Grocery with sheer delight. Of course, we had to sample a variety of their products, Lithuanian bread, cheese and bologna, sea vegetables, Jacobs coffee, and more. We 've gone back a second time to restock our supply of these delicious foods and get some Vienna wurst, a favorite of mine. Next time is going to be caviar. We'd love black but the red is very healthy. We wish the place great success so that we can shop here for a long time.”
