When calling the shop, Brian informed me that I could come in without an appointment, but I would be waiting up to an hour due to the busy schedule. Carl coordinated a warranty prorate for me and got the tires in the next day.

I scheduled an appointment on their website after midnight (1am ish) and got my tires replaced later that morning (10am appointment).
They will inform you if there are any other issues with your car, but won’t do anything beyond your request without your permission. 100% recommend!

““High Velocity” saved me from another body shop that was holding my car due to a ‘crash for $cash$’ accident on the Southern State, LI, NY. My front end was really bruised and battered, leaking radiator fluid.They rescued my car from that body shop, @LuxuryAutoBody, and brought it to their repair shop. “Thank CLS treads. I needed 3 tires to be replaced as all 3 had bubbles due to hitting potholes. I called everywhere and either they had new tires or didnt have used tires in stock and I needed used. They had used tires in stock for my car at a very reasonable price. The guys took 30 mins and replaced all 3 of them. They were very kind and courteous.
