“I just wanted to share my experience with helzberg in garden city. We first went to look at engagement rings and I fell in love with one of the settings. Fast forward we ordered the ring and it was absolutely beautiful. We did have to get it re sized bc I lost a lot of weight since we got engaged. I was worried about the sizing and they reassured me it would be done perfectly. I am blown away by the work. You could barely tell it was sized at all. I got it back before the time they originally said it would be ready and I am so happy. My husband was so impressed with the customer service as the watch was literally fixed on the spot.I had two pieces, a custom ring and a tennis bracelet that were previously “repaired” by another jeweler but unfortunately the ring was destroyed and the bracelet was discolored and cheaply fixed. I just picked them up from Papandrew yesterday and they look brand new and even nicer than before. The owner is a professional, friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable jeweler.
