“I just wanted to share my experience with helzberg in garden city. We first went to look at engagement rings and I fell in love with one of the settings. Fast forward we ordered the ring and it was absolutely beautiful. We did have to get it re sized bc I lost a lot of weight since we got engaged. I was worried about the sizing and they reassured me it would be done perfectly. I am blown away by the work. You could barely tell it was sized at all. I got it back before the time they originally said it would be ready and I am so happy. “I was not able to get my Breitling watch repaired from anywhere. Everyone suggested to go to Manufacturer and get it repaired from them.
Manufacturer was charging almost the double of what Mr. Zangler was able to get it done for me.
More important was the way he and Stella went out of their way and made calls and reached out to other ppl to make sure they can sort the issue out for me.
Issue was my Breitling hour and minute hands wont move. Its a quartz and somehow Mr. Zangler was able to get the issue resolved and now my watch is working great.

“My husband had gone to Papandrew for repairs and he was able to fix a watch that other jewelers said was impossible to fix. My husband was so impressed with the customer service as the watch was literally fixed on the spot.I had two pieces, a custom ring and a tennis bracelet that were previously “repaired” by another jeweler but unfortunately the ring was destroyed and the bracelet was discolored and cheaply fixed. I just picked them up from Papandrew yesterday and they look brand new and even nicer than before. The owner is a professional, friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable jeweler. The repair costs were incredibly reasonable and I wasn’t pressured to purchase any of the pieces I tried on.This is the jeweler you were always looking for!”
