I work across the street from this 7-11 and it has got to be the worst 7-11 around the area
The girls who work the morning to afternoon shift have no drive to keep fresh products out the hot food bar is always empty or very old and stale food. Management needs to reconsider their game plan.

Cashiers are quick to skip the rewards menu where you put your phone number in missing on items to add to account such as a beverage. I don’t find the daytime staff as good as the evening staff. I find going out of my way to the one on Nichols Rd by Johnson to be so much better as far as customer service as they cleaned it up, & they ask if you have a number to put in rewards instead of trying to skip it. The store isn’t as spacious as this one but for better service is why I go.

I go to teis 711, because the gentleman who works most overnights is very accommodating. He's awake friendly, overall. Great experience when he's working....... Unfortunately he needs time off,
And then the experience becomes disappointing and similar to the rest of 7 elevens that I encounter. No or old coffee, refusal, to make fresh coffee. General attitude, that's unbecoming As customer service representative.
So to the gentleman who worked tonight, please go find happiness elsewhere

This store is one my favorite store around Long Island because they are always and willing to help anybody and the staff is fantastic.Kat, Febe and Beatriz.

This 7Eleven has a few items I love that other 7Elevens do NOT carry. Staff is always very nice to me, never had an issue.

Night staff doesn't know how to correctly input items into the register. They do not know how to use rewards or 7Eleven Wallet Pay.

If I could this place a triple zero I would very nasty with there customers service.
I will never never step foot this place, I much rather walk to the Walgreens less 1 block away or just go to the shell gas station

Prejudicial, biased 7-11, would not stop getting overcharged for store items. And when buying items food is damaged under or over cooked.

No bathroom for patrons. Oh, our bathroom is broken! Then how do you go during your shifts? Ridiculous with your jacked up prices to say that. Use your profits to accommodate your patrons who are suffering inflation.
