Wayne was very helpful and got for me what I needed on 6/19 . The service was great they immediately addressed me I needed only wait 5 to 10 minutes while others were assisted
I was very pleased walking out of there with àn updated phone and a watch phone which Wayne showed me how to use.

The representative that assisted me was patient, professional and courteous. I needed to purchase s new phone and she explained the features for a few different models so that I could understand the differences. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to purchase a phone and/or accessories.

Very friendly store I purchased the iPhone 16 a couple of days ago and broke my back glass right outside of the store and they replaced the phone right at the store for me I highly recommend this store

I had just received my new phone in the mail and i am NOT the most Tech Savvy guy so i went to the store in Islandia for some help starting up the new phone and moving over my information. I met KRISHE- he is brilliant, Patient, and a complete Gentleman. He did everything that was required of him and then went the extra mile buy helping me figure out how to log into emails that had been saved on my last phone for over a decade- he waited while i ran home to get my laptop to get to the bottom of a calendar issue and was kind to a guy who can barely make a call on this new tech! thank you x a million you have earned my business in anything phone related!!

Maria Maria!!! She is de best! I came into the store in a panic as I thought I loss my phone! She was calm, cool and collective and ensured me it would work out !
Thankful to our creator and de phone gods after 3hrs of finding a way to get another phone my phone was found as it was in my vehicle hidden the entire time !🙏🏾🙏🏾
I truly appreciate Maria for being there for me during this ordeal .

I went at the store on Tuesday the 4th to solve a SIM card issue the young lady who helped me was very friendly and I ended up getting an iPhone upgrade. But since the beginning Mr. Jairo “who was assisting other clients next to our table”, he got involved in everything we were talking about. At first he told the young woman that she couldn't help me because the line belonged to my husband but he hadn't checked my account to see that I was authorized. In conclusion, Jairo in front of me said “very rude” ask : why she was transferring my data to the new phone if this service can only be done before 8 o'clock, the embarrassed young woman only said well, it's already being done. He told her twice in a rude tone: I told you many times that service it’s only before 8 ( and I arrived at 8:10 pm by the way) This is not the service I expected from this store, for this person who works customer service. I was done before 9 thanks to the lady who ignore this disrespectful guy. the management can put a sign to let the customers know (before to come in) the time line to serve and don’t pass through this . I know he was hurry to go because at 8:55 they close the door but that’s no the manners that you treat a customer.

Today, Monday, April 29th, 2024, I came to the Islandia ATandT store to purchase the new Samsung S24. I was helped by such an amazing employee and gentleman. His name is Reinaldo Sanchez. He is Bi-lingual, speaks BOTH English and Spanish fluently. Reinaldo acknowledged and greeted my sister and
I with a warm smile and a welcoming "Hello!" He is very knowledgeable and helpful with all of the ATandT products, cell phones, and accessories. Reinaldo was patient, helpful, and very informative with answering all of my questions regarding my account, the different plans available, discounts, and the cellphone that I was purchasing. He definitely made my experience with ATandT remarkable and nothing short of excellent.
Mr. Reinaldo Sanchez is a true professional. He goes the extra mile, above and beyond to make his customers feel comfortable, confident, and happy with their purchase. He is a pleasure to make business with. I highly recommend this store location (friendly and helpful employees, very clean, and smells good) and ask for Reinaldo for assistance. Walked into ATT with a disabled phone after receiving it from ATT online. Maria the manager (I think she was a manager) was such a huge help! She even came outside to assist me in connecting the phone to my car! Thank You So Much! So pleasant, would definitely go back!!!

My agent, Ronaldo, did an amazing job in getting me a new iPhone and explaining the various programs. He was informative, courteous, patient and efficient. Ronaldo's work is why I'll do all my phone business at that location in future.
