To begin,I stayed at a Jakes Suite.Cleanliness level is bad. Bed Sheets had snot on it on the side of the bed when we got there.We contacted front desk and no one was available to assist with changing the sheets and asked me to come down and get them.Also their toilet broke , they came to fix itYet housekeeping didn’t clean the mess.Then the toilet broke again and I end up using the casino restroomNo one at the front desk was able to help us and the manger wasn’t available at all.Till this day we are still trying to get thru management-regards our horrible stay.This has been my worst experience at a hotel.If I could rate without putting a star I would. Be cautious of this place

The Best Local Casino on Long Island. Despite not having too many eateries, the options for slots are great, and the roulette area is my go to! Staff is real nice and friendly. Always see people winning. Must be a sign.

I had a bad experience, they stole a ticket for $683 and the security didn't want to do anything about it, they have surveillance cameras everywhere but it doesn't help because when things like this happen they just wash their hands and say they Cameras cannot be verified, they are local policies. I am really disappointed in the security and zero empathy that they have with clients in this type of situation.

We only went there for lunch at the bistro restaurant, the food was delicious,there was a glitch with the computer and one of our lunches didn't come out with the other.The manager Zachary couldn't have been any nicer,he kept apologizing and asking if there was anything at all we needed.Thats a great manager who handled the problem and kept everyone happy! Very lucky to have him.

Everything's electronic, not a big fan of that. Slot machines are confusing if you are new. Very easy to lose money fast if you don't pay attention to what you're playing, for that reason, Save your money!!

The restaurant is absolutely terrible with the servers. Slow and not attentive. My ribs were raw and I had to look for our server to tell them to change my food. Horrible service and the machines are a total rip off!!

OMG do not book here. The WORST customer service I’ve ever received. I called to book getting ready there before my wedding and the women was so rude. Mind you we were placed on hold before that for a “quick hold” … 45 minutes. Called back and the lady picked up and said how could I assist you today (with an attitude.) We simply asked how much it would be to get ready there and she responded with such an attitude. Saying “we don’t do day rates sir.” And then hung up on us. So I called back asking if there was someone else we could speak to then about pricing and she told me that she’s busy checking people in and doesn’t have time to help me. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. How does someone with an attitude like that work for a job like that. Your job is customer service, which means you deal with CUSTOMERS. Mind is blown.
