“I was looking for a reliable copier repair person and, by a lucky chance, clicked on FineStar Imaging. I had purchased a copier from the shop that provided a satisfactory machine for my daughter's law office in Northport. She was satisfied and, at the same time that I was looking for a replacement copier for our Bayside Office, she strongly suggested the company that had provided her copier. We are always told to deal with a company that offers quality machines and repairs so I agreed to purchase our Bayside replacement from the same company. WHAT A TERRIBLE MISTAKE! The copier was delivered and set up by a young man who mentioned in passing that he did not know how to set up the copier with a MacBookPro computer. I should have asked him to leave with his copier then but decided to allow him to work through his difficulties. By the time he left, 2 hours later,
not sure that my copier would work properly, I knew I had made a mistake. At that point I started sending messages via phone and texts to the owner listing the problems, asking to make a return, and requesting a call back. He never responded and I started to research a new company that could help me.
HAPPILY I FOUND FINESTAR IMAGING!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They responded to my email almost immediately, listened to my problems and made an appointment with their technician to come to my home. All along this process I received calls and emails advising me of exactly what was happening in regard to appointment day and time. They were terrific!
Thomas arrived and began studying my machine and explaining what he was discovering and.what and how he could help me work with the limits of this particular machine. He was calm, professional and wonderful to work with. By the time he
left my home, I knew one major thing!. My copier was a disaster!
I learned to work around its limits to use it while I decided to keep it or not. This is the Company for me!!! I am in discussion
with Samuel, a terrific professional, who always has time to respond in a timely fashion and who discusses the needs of my office with wonderful professionalism!
It looks as though I will be purchasing a new machine shortly from FineStar Imaging and will not let anyone else touch the copiers in my home if they need repair.
It is wonderful to find a company that stands for quality
and customer assistance!! This business was a VERY LUCKY
FIND! It is great to trust professionals again!!
