  Guy at the gas register rude and disrespectful. The pump took my card and the screen went blank. I walk inside and explain to the guy and he said my card was declined. If I like to get gas I needed to do it at the register. So I said if do 25 dollar and the. Tank take only 20. They need to credit back the card 5 . He said no they don’t refund. I said you should put it back in the card he said no. Telling me that this is the way and to get out of the store. The other clerk that was there explained it better telling me that they do a hold and they after they charged what was used. Which was a much better explanation. The older man doesn’t belong there if he can’t explain and give the customers the right information. He was not very nice and disrespectful telling me that this is the way it is. I will be also filling a formal complaint with Shell Corporate Office.

  I got gas and went shopping at the market. They threw me out of the store, saying that I could not shop or use the toilet. They advised me to go somewhere else with a bad attitude. You have bad employees. Staff that does not suit Shell and the market.

  The time was 11:15 PM to 11:45 PM We asked the owner who was working in the store if we could pay with cash but he would not answer us he just kept telling me and my girlfriend go away, go away. We did see a sign on the door that read close for the 15 minutes we had to get On the Long Island Expressway which was right there.

  Burger King inside doesn’t accept the app or any codes from the app?? Something is way off with that. (There’s a Burger King at a Sunoco like a mile or two west that does accept the app and its codes.)To add insult to injury, I got fries (take out) and tried the first one as I got in my vehicle, and they were lukewarm at best. Fries need to be hot to taste good.

  I tried ordering food here, but the people working at the new Bk inside had absolutely no idea what I wanted and kept getting confused at my order. I had to tell it to them three times and still got it mixed up.Never going here again.

  Worst Gas Station Ever. Several Pumps are out of order and don’t work, some pumps only work if you pay inside, the roads in the gas station are horrendous, the pumps are painfully slow, the employees don’t even understand to apply shell rewards to gas purchases and oh yeah, I got OVERCHARGED on several occasions without even knowing. Pay attention to the price you are paying. This place is the worst.
