I went to start an auto loan application Penelope was very helpful and patient with me. She even went to lunch because of me lol. And Craig the manager was very helpful and patient as well even tho he was suppose to been clock out lol. I would go to them again. They are very patient.

This is one awesome bank! I have been working with a huge bank for a very long time and forgot what personal service looked like. Suffolk FCU reminded me. I needed a loan for a quick purchase of a car and they expedited everything once I found the car. Kellie Cardone on loans went above and beyond and Linette Rubio went the extra mile to make a transaction I could not complete on line, as efficient as possible. There might be some quirks that need to be worked out on the tech side but the tools already offer more than most banks. I know they will get there but who needs tools when they employ such helpful nice people? It’s a pleasure to deal with…customer service A++++. I’ll be doing ALL of my future banking here!! Thanks Kellie, Linette, helpful customer service folks and Thank you Suffolk Credit Union.

I had a wonderful experience because of two outstanding employees, Katora Miller and Linette Rubio. Both were helpful, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered every question that I had. Katora was particularly helpful because she clarified information that the other loan professional rushed through.

Horrible bank. Do not recommend anyone to bank here. Not just this location the company as a whole. They will take any money they can from you and are not understanding at all. Will hit you with multiple overdraft fees for charges within minutes of eachother. Took my last $100 in overdraft leaving me with $0 balance. Never willing to dispute charges or work with you on over draft fees. Horrible branch. HORRIBLE BANK. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE.

Member services never has enough staff. The wait is terrible. Also I tried to open account for my child and they gave me such a hard time because she doesn't have mail with her name and address on it. She's only 15 I don't know what bills or mail can she possibly have. Then when I found a letter the doctors office sent with her name they wouldn't take that because the address was only on the envelope. They wouldn't even take my filed and submitted tax forms with her name and address on it. I don't underhand why if it's a federal document why they couldn't take it. Then had the audacity to try and pitch sales to me.

Horrible. Just this branch. You have to sit at the drive up for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone comes. They have messed up atm deposits and than take there time fixing. Too many errors done here.
