Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have lots of equipment on hand so the rentals that we needed were quick and hassle free. The equipment itself was in good shape and we had no issues.Overall a good experience.A+

A driver in a Sunbelt truck hit me/my car on the expressway recently. The Sunbelt employee lied to his insurance and claimed that I hit him, even though it isn't true. Now I am 8 months pregnant, had to go get checked by my doctor, still worried about the baby's progress and I have to put a brand new carseat in a damaged car. Sunbelt's insurance (Travelers Insurance) won't help me at all because the Sunbelt employee lied. I wish Sunbelt would treat potential customers better.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. My boyfriend and I rented a machine for the weekend. An hour and a half into using it the antifreeze Reservoir EXPLODED and the antifreeze went EVERYWHERE. I was 15ft behind him and it hit me now I have 2nd degree Burns all down my leg! You can see in the picture it was smoking. At the time this picture was taken the smoke went down because i had to clean all the antifreeze off of me! Only thing good is they refunded us but only with a credit back which sucks.

Rented a saw to cut through foundation, the blade was down to its last limbs and the belts were lose and needed to be replaced. Was using for a customer and was having tremendous difficulty so we brought it in to the mechanic and he didn’t replace the blade or the belt. Only tightened the belt and told us it could finish the job. Got back to the job only to continue having the same difficulty as before we took it to the mechanic. Very unsatisfied with the service they offered. Would not recommend

Rented electric hand truck died halfway up staircase with a boiler what to tell the kid when I returned it and he had an attitude about it. No one can explain how to even use it when we first rented it he said to watch a YouTube video

Great staff, very helpful. Renting from them for both personal and business was super easy even when I did not know what machines I needed. They took the time to figure out the best option for the cost for me. I have since setup an account with them to rent in the future.
